Thanku I always thought cooking millet will never become dry like rice and can only cook as khichdi types. But your video taught me right approach to make it like dry lemon rice not khichdi types.

Quinoa lapsi is a nutritious and delicious alternative to traditional lapsi, providing all the health benefits of quinoa along with the flavors of the traditional dish. We soak millet for 12 hrs 9pm to 9am. Remove the water . Add fresh water 4 times. Cook in utensil . No lid. Heat in sim flame till water evaporates. Millet is ready. No oil for the people b.p diabetes and hesrt problem. We eat millet 50 qty with dal/ sambaar in lunch. We eat 50% qty with dahi plus dal/ sambar.

Millets cannot be digested by everyone. I have tried all. Only little millet is ok.

Ever since Islam and Brits brought Wheat 🌾 to Bharat, (Wheat is the most unhealthy grain to human body and brings lots of disease to our body) our immune system is gone bad to worse that we cannot digest most of health grains like millet. 😡
