Yup bought my house about 3 years ago and it’s almost double in price. Only reason I know was a realtor came to talk to us.

The Bannon Creek trail in South Natomas & the Canal trail in North Natomas are outstanding walking/biking trails

Both are pretty nice areas but I do think the pocket supports a higher price point.

@@SacramentoRealEstate Thank you so much for your reply. I saw your informative videos about Anatolia and Natomas after our offer just got accepted on a house in the pocket (has access to river lake). I feel some regret but may be next time we may consider Anatolia or Natomas. Thanks again.

Great video. I am an Amtrak employee of 16 years and transplant from SF Bay to Sacramento Area and looking for a 2 bed 2 bath condo or small new constructed home for myself, a single person, in The North Natomas or a nicer part of South Natomas.
