most of this job ad is totally misleading only one lets you earn up to 8k per month and that has brutal competition. I know most good state jobs have massive competition from experienced folks with advanced degrees and skills. And it takes a long time and tons of luck to land these lucrative state jobs.

Haha, moved from renting in Roseville originally from Sacramento. I just bought in Live Oak for $250k small 1bed 1bath 950sqft. Guess what, I already have +equity it’s only been a year. The planned developments aren’t even started yet. By the time they’re finished this tiny ass home is gonna be $300k+. Wild asf.

If you're owner occupied, you can evict the tenant between 30-60 days as long as you plan to live in it for 1 year. There are also exemptions for owner occupied duplexes that don't have to comply with the TPA

Nothing here is wrong, but the article is misleading in a few ways. Only one of these jobs actually has the potential to reach $8k. Also, No, you don't have to have a College Education, BUT you will be competing against others who do. Make sure you put your best foot forward and attend a job class about how to apply and interview for a State job cause the competition is fierce AND the way we grade candidates is very different then the private sector.
