I've been so curious about the oura ring so i'm so glad I came across your video!! I feel you, I've been struggling with my sleep schedule lately too. I love that the oura ring has so much insight on sleep activity. I think the horizon gold looks so cute!

OMG! I was on the pill, got lumps, had to do a biopsy, and it was the scariest thing!! I will never be on birth control ever again! I also have to be seen every 6 months now.

Omg I started taking bc pills literally like 3 weeks ago and have had irregular bleeding ever since… definitely going to stop. ☹️ I will have to look more into this ring though! Thank you for sharing girly 💕🙌🏾

oh no!! sorry to hear that, my body took a while to adjust when I first got on it, maybe talk to your Doctor? highly recommend natural cycles if you do decide to get off! 🩷🩷
