Thank you for the comprehensive review! Thank you for this video! I have been wondering if it would be worth it or not.. Shame about the ongoing costs, but it does seem super convenient at the same time. As someone who can be a bit lazy... perhaps the additional ease from Oura/NC use is worth it when I can afford the ongoing costs 😅 Helpful to consider the limitations of NC too!

Haven’t worn my tempdrop lately because I have a skin condition that make it super uncomfy. My hands aren’t affected so I wonder if the ring would be the next step. 😭 thanks for sharing
