Thank you Almighty God for allowing me to come across Barbara’s video. Thank you Barbara for doing this video As soon as I finish watching her video I got in my car went to store and got castor oil. I had a lump as big as a baseball and not even 3 months it shrank so much that I can’t hardly feel it. I wore the castor oil pack 24/7 ❤

Well, I don't understand, you wore it for 3 months 24/7 ? Well, I did for a lump on my wrist for 10 days, I had to stop as I got arythmia and potassium deficiency consequently, it scared me. So, its good, my pain is gone but it should come with a warning not to wear the packs 24/7.

My uterus was 6 months pregnancy due to fibroids. The castor oil pack over abdomen. I slept with it, a heating pad and plastic garbage bag to keep sheets clean. I took wild yam root. GONE!

Yam root is the same or equal to female progesterone. My FM doctor prescribed it for me and I got the progesterone from a compound pharmacy.

I didn't hear of this until after complete hysterectomy. Was also comparable to 6 months pregnancy . Without a second thought surgeon removed both ovaries.

Very intelligent woman and we need more like her that can teach us freely like this so we can take charge of our health because our government does the opposite! That’s why she was shunned, ridiculed & persecuted! She was actually healing people with natural remedies so they didn’t need to go to the doctor. We gained a wonderful practitioner and they lost her because they were so afraid of her work seeing how people were getting better, healthier and being healed of common health problems.

@mitochondria8297 hi no worries I use castor oil mixed with cayenne pepper, I put in my belly button also on lower stomach area. You can also do a compress on your stomach. Look up Barbara compress using castor oil. I also drink half a lemon with cayenne pepper daily. And teaspoon Or so black seed oil.

Wish I knew about you before started pumping all kinds of chemo. He’s still battling bladder and prostate cancer stage 4. I'm even older and I remember in the fall my mom would have all us kids drink a cup of it to build immunity in preparation for winter colds/flu. We hated it but my Aunt Helen would pour some beer in it to make it easier to swallow. Thank you Mom and Thank you Aunt Helen! :)

This really helps. I had fibrocystic breast disease. Every time I went for mammogram, they would call radiologist in then had to do ultrasound. I’ve done the castor oil wraps Everyday for almost 2 months and they are gone. I have many 1 or 2. That’s it. I’m Blown away. Because my breasts were filled With those cysts. Thank you Barbara

Buy a castor oil pack. See that it includes an item for the neck. Place the organic castor oil on the item for your neck and put it on overnight. ❤❤

What happen, some of us people don't understand "DON'T USE PLASTIC?" Do NOT use it with the compress. The non-English speaking people are excused. My God. Plastic can leach into your body under certain conditions. It will cause serious problems. This God-Blessed lady is helping us. Please be gracious. Read also some of the other comments. NO PLASTIC BOTTLES and NO PLASTIC ON THE COMPRESS. Lord have Mercy. This is hard, but necessary.

I helped a friend get rid of bone spurs on her ankle with this process, got rid of my heel bone spurs and damage to the heel of the fat pad of the foot as well. Same with knee injuries I use them when I relax or sleep

All Very Good, Castor Oil is very beneficial but..I would avoid any OIL in PLASTIC BOTTLES. (In fact I'm avoiding anything in plastic bottle - plastizises are Hormone Disruptors!)

Buy cold pressed organic in glass, to avoid plastic leaching into bottle. Wrap with ace bandage instead of plastic same reason

Check which acupuncture meridian the ulcer is on and treat that organ with the compress and possibly the top essential oil that supports that organ. Also try Now MSM lotion

In India especially the southern part - we use caster oil for most of the problems!! It was a practice. We even celebrate a festival where we have to apply caster oil on full body
