Muscle Knows No Age. 15 Minute Workout - Barbara O'Neill
Muscle knows no age. Whether you are 9 or 90, you can have a strong fit healthy body. It is very important for us to prepare for our latter years. How many people don't do that and their latter years unfortunately are spent in misery. We need to be preparing for our latter years. One of the most effective ways to do that is to keep the body strong and fit.

Proteolytic enzymes like serrapeprase and others can help clear backed up proteins like extra lymph out of the body. This is a supplement similar to better known Wobenzyme, originally researched in Germany. Also, getting the body into Autophagy does similar.action.

I’m watching the video again. I have a rebounder and I will use it daily. I hate exercise but I like to get things accomplished. My yard is approximately an acre. I have a self propelled push mower, but I don’t always use that feature. I can definitely feel it in my core muscles and it actually feels good. I’m also a teacher-off for the summer. I’m scraping, sanding and touching up the paint on my home. I had cancer years ago and lots of surgery. I’m working on being the best and healthiest I can be. Got so many things to accomplish and experience😄

I've listened to many of Barb's lectures over the last 5 years. I never tire of re-hearing life's important lessons - and she has stepped up her lessons with current science-based reserach so don't be fooled! She is the real deal. And she is responsible for my having a rebounder and doing HIIT training both for the last 3 years. One I go to the gym for (Orange Theory Fitness' whole approach is based on the priciples she speaks of) and one I go outside to my patio for... I will be 60 years young soon and was a 45 pack year smoker in my former life. You can do the math! I can run a 12 minute mile and I am darned proud! 5 years ago I couldn't even get up from a kneeling position without help. Hugs.

Five daily prayers in Islam, where first prayer starting at around 5am in the morning. In every prayer we bow down, prostrate on the ground and stand up against the gravity is also a anti gravitational exercise. When we prostrate, blood in our heart arteries flows towards the gravity and when we get up and sit and then prostrate again. That's how the arteries get cleanup and neutrons and protons all get positively charged, when we stand up from the sitting position. Brain, eyes and ears get new fresh supply of blood in prostration and upper part of the lungs also gets cleaned with several of these bowing , prostration and getting up movements. Not to mentioned the calf muscles are used too.

Not sure if I commented earlier, But when I was about 20 when I wrecked my cartilages in both knees, Skiing doing the splits. They operated on one and pulled the cartilages, and the other one later, at age of 27, Called radical, which they don't do that any more from what I understand. The DR told me I will need knee replacements at age of 40, Funny how time flies and I'm 81 and still jogging, I learned a long time ago, Not to put my heals down first, And I also learned to roll my toes from the small toe to the big toes as I put my foot down, Yes it is very Suttle, This is done very simply by placing one foot directly in front of the other foot as you run or jog, That is a natural tendency to place the small toe down first, And this has worked for me for over 1/2 a century, And yes I give the credit to God for showing me this over 50 years back,
@Jojorocks23

I don’t understand what you are saying about your toes? You roll off of the small toe first? If I put my feet directly in front of each other, I waddle like a duck. 😂
@CMAenergy
@CMAenergy 2 ай бұрын
@@Jojorocks23 Maybe I should have said, As I jog or run, I place my foot individually down in front of the other foot as doing so, Then as my foot goes to the ground directly in front of the other foot, My small toe touches the grd first , Then what happens is the rest of my foot the toes, they have a tendency to come down in a roll or one after the other until the big toe touches the grd, It almost seems like i'm slapping my little toe first to the grd and then followed by the big toe coming down last, followed by the heal. Then depending on how fast i'm running will determine how or if my heal actually does come down . It may almost seem like i'm crossing my feet in front of me, but ever so subtly, If you ever have watched a man in football like Willy Fleming, and see him run, It looks like he is crossing his feet in front of himself, which gives him an extreme advantage in turning , which made him an excellent player to dodge other players. The following video at exactly the 17 sec mark, you can see the subtle move where the person is actually rolling his foot, Watch closely as it is done, he does not show it again kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ndtzhNN4q53Sops.html I tried to find a Willy Fleming running but was not able.

I am 57 and should have gotten an operation for Hallux Valgus 9 years ago, which was giving me lots of trouble. Since I changed to barefoot shoes my Hallux Valgus started to disappear totally. I have always been wearing totally flat shoes with wide toe boxes, yet changing to barefoot shoes (formal events, church, hiking, weddings,... only barefoot shoes) made all the difference. I experienced many more positive effects but this is the most extreme one. Try it!

Barbara , a friend of mine sent me your salt and water video last night . I devoured information until it was time to sleep . I started over 2 years ago , needing change , I was severely overweight and could see myself turning 55 or 60 needing a Walker or being handicapped and dying early . I know I will be learning until the end . Thank you for sharing your information your knowledge with the world . A true labor of love.

I've always been fit but when I reached my 50s it just stopped. I began eating and "enjoying" my way across Europe. I felt miserable and all it took was one short hospital visit, it ended with nothing serious just an infection. But between tests I had enough time to lay there and reflect, kick myself and do a reality check… a month into retirement and I was already falling apart. I’m now up at 6 each day, 2.5 hrs of cardio, 1.5 hrs of fitness & weightlifting. One year on, I shed 28 kilos, got toned, I began eating correctly again, I feel incredibly healthy, I’m well aware that I'm never going to be as beautiful again as those half my age but I've also come to realize that growing old is not for the weak. Old age will one day kill us all and I vow that I'm not to going out without a good fight to stay alive and active.

I always like to read the comments. It’s like sitting down with like minded people and having a good conversation. I read that many people look after their bodies well in to old age and it motivates me at age 74 to try harder. Your story was motivating to me. But then I thought, wait a minute. There’s more to life than just a healthy, fit body. That takes a lot of effort. But, what about putting some effort in to finding out if this is the end of life on earth. That eventually life will end and old age and death will win. But is that true? How much effort do people put into finding out WHY we grow old and die, when the Bible says that was NEVER Gods intention when he created humans and put them on this beautiful earth. This earth, that the vast majority of people only get to see a fraction of before they die. Remember, he told Adam and Eve they would only die IF they disobeyed him. Had they listened to him, they would not have died. They would have lived forever, in good health. So it’s safe to say we were created to live forever right here on earth. So, here is the challenge. Put some effort into finding out what GOD says will help us live forever on earth in perfect health. Since his purpose was for us to live forever on earth in perfect health, his purpose can’t be thwarted. It’s going to happen. Because GOD still wants that for his human creatures, he had an instruction book written to tell us how that’s going to come about. Even if we die, he says he will restore us back to life in the resurrection. Just as carefully as we watch and listen to Barbara write on her dry erase board, just as faithfully as we get on our rebounder to strengthen our bodies, we also need to read Gods instruction book, the Bible. Just as Barbara has the expertise to explain the importance of exercise to those who don’t understand, there are people with expertise who are sent out by God to explain to people how they can get everlasting life and all the other questions people have about the Bible that they may have a hard time understanding. They break it down, just like Barbara breaks down her knowledge. If you, or anyone reading this wants that help, free of charge, let me know and we can exchange emails and make arrangements to talk on the phone or on FaceTime or zoom. You will be amazed at what you learn and excited to know that old age and sickness are only temporary. You will actually know what your Bible says and where to find the scriptures that verify so it’s not my opinion but Gods. He had it all written down, just for you. If you think Barbara is sweet and kind to share her information, wait until you meet the true God!

@@BM-vc9ry Most salt has plastics and table salt is the worst because it is highly processed and has chemicals to make it pour easier. Celtic comes from the ocean which is full of plastics now. It is more expensive also. Redmonds does not have any toxins that are in the ocean and it will not travel to you as far as Celtic or sea salt. Both have 84 minerals and its the minerals that you want.

My mom never had arm muscles until she was 73. I let her drag her garden hose and put a better handle on her garden cart and she learned to take care of her plants, and bird feeders herself when I was trapped there during Covid. We walked three hours a day, she had never invested in a jog bra or walking shoes, go to a shop and let them fit you. She kayaks, and puts it in out/of her vehicle herself. Goes to physical therapy if she is has issues. My dad in another state is an active gardener already. I really feel better when I am stronger. Can't wait to share this with her and others.
