Confirm that it worked for me. I used a cream made from Comfrey root to heal a rotator cuff injury sustained while lifting weights. Several weeks of treatment and I had full range of motion and was able to lift again. Not a doctor either lol. Thanks Steven.

You can buy the root cuttings on Etsy and grow your own. I did and they grew so quickly. They have beautiful flowers that attract bees and lots of benefits for gardening as well. I have mine in a large pot. About to finally make a poultice for tendinitis.

I watch a lot of Barbara O'Neill's videos on natural healing and she has some with comfrey root. I mix it in well with psylium seed husk, add water until it becomes like a rubber, and then roll it out between two pieces of saran wrap. I let it cool in the fridge, take it back out, cut a section sized to fit the area I'm trying to heal, take off one layer of plastic wrap, apply it to the area I need to heal, wrapping it in place with a cloth tape of some kind. It seems to work pretty well. Maybe I'd put a paper towel between the leaves and the skin. Or not. Thanks for the video. Inspires confidence the more people talk of how this helps them. All the best!

Hmm, never heard of that. You should also look into the H.E.M. Protocol. I sprained my ankle one time pretty bad at a 20 mile out and back run at Cave run Lake and used this protocol and was running again in a week. I would suspect that the castor oil recommend in the H.E.M. Protocol works much the same way as those leaves.

Thanks for this, I'll give it a try! I'm a big fan of natural effective alternatives when possible. For centuries, 'natural' remedies were the only remedies there were, so the ones that stood the test of time, then got tested for safety by science, are worth a try! I've used arnica for pain and bruising too.
@UltraTrailSteven

Quick tip on cleaning the bathtub stains: Pour about three table spoons worth of bleach near where the water flows. Fill the tub to the top (first with hot water 1/4, then the rest cold). The bleach should bubble up to foam around the edges removing the stain (almost like magic). Expect it would also work by foaming the bleach separately and applying it to the stained areas then leaving to sit for half an hour (also saves on water). Would think the ordinary blue toilet cleaner liquid (like Duck) would also work but never tried it.

I'm trying to fix a broken finger using this stuff. We'll see. I don't want to see doctor. I have insurance but I fear they'll have to re-break it so I'm trying to avoid that. Also, I drank this stuff couple times a day to heal gums strengthen teeth. My kids drink it ALL THE TIME... it's not dangerous in the least bit. The only test ever done (after it had already been used hundreds of years) was on mice that were given 50x the amount any adult would ever take.
