NEVER apply Vaseline on your hair. It is very hard to get out and even if it is a good moisturiser it can make your hair very oily and break out.

It happened to me to that’s why I shared it. I did 3 rounds of shampoo and a conditioner and then it kind of looked normal but after the second time you wash your hair fully it becomes normal again! @@user-qq4tn4bf8x

That's true bc when I was dyeing my hair I put Vaseline on the scalp and ears so the hair dye will come just right off, and when I went to wash the hair dye out the Vaseline got in my hair and made my hair VERY oily, Hope this helps

Be careful with the eyelash one as it can give eye infections and stags. And with the scrub as coffee grounds are amazing for the skin , if used right. Pure coffee grounds like that is bad for the skin , no mater how gentlely you use it.

My dermatologist told me that you should never apply Vaseline to your face.! She said it will clog pores and cause even more breakouts. It also made my skin go from a dry skin type to an oily skin type.

i prefer aquaphor or however you spell it, apparently works better than vaseline and comes in squeeze bottles to avoid getting it under your nails if their long

@@L3af.th3r3 Trust me girly, I used to put vaseline on my eyelashes but it just resulted in eyelashes falling out and caused me temporary blindness cuz it went into my eyes. Search on Google aswell, it says not to put it on your eyelashes. Whoever says to put vaseline on your eyelashes is either praying on yer downfall or an absolute imbecile that spreads skincare info without knowing themselves.

@@skz4ee I'll make it clear that while Vaseline does moisturize your eyelashes, except it's really bad and shouldn't be anywhere near eyelashes. It causes eyelashes to fall out, vaseline might go into your eyes and cause blindness (I got temporary blindness on my left eye and had to put an eyepatch on my eye for 2 months because of vaseline). It doesn't make your eyelashes grow, it gives the illusion since vaseline is a wet product. Search on Google too, even Google states that vaseline damages your eyelsahes, every dermatologist will say he same thing as well. Instead use a lash serum, they're actually designed for your eyelashes.

I once tried putting a little bit of vaseline on my bangs and left it in overnight. the next morning, that area got a LOT of huge flakes that were extremely hard to remove. edit: to the replies that don't understand, what i'm saying is that u shouldn't use it for ur hair. i heard that it could help to grow your eyelash hair, so i thought if i put it in my bangs then it'd help with hair growth.

Tho Vaseline does promote eyelash growth. It does cause Millia. It’s slightly rare for it to cause millia, but it can. I wouldn’t use it everyday. Maybe once every few days.

3:08 I have some picking disorder and i always pick at the skin around my nails and toes (others places to but these mostly sense it’s easy access) will this help the healing process go faster and is it safe to use them when I have cuts or wonds on them? Speaking from my own experience, it is totally safe to use. I have also been biting nails along with picking/tearing my skin around my nails and vaseline helps me recover fast. I have started recovering. My hands look pretty good now. No torn skin and my hands are pretty moist and soft too. Recommended👍

Vaseline should not be applied around the eyes due to the petroleum and polymers it contains. It may even cause blindness in long-term use.

In case you're still waiting on an answer; if you search it up it would say that it's safe to use on oily skin but based on many people's experience, it only makes it worse. If you wanna try it, do only apply a small small amount (after researching about it some more just to have no regrets) Extra info, they have one specially made for oily skin
