If "getting back in the game" means start dating again, be very careful because there are a lot of scammers targeting women on dating apps. They could hang on and groom you for months or years, until they get you to trust them and get you to "invest" in cryptocurrency or other type of scams. Don't give money to anyone you don't know. Better yet, as soon as they start talking about money (yours), block them. Good Luck!

@@PrivacyPlease900First of all, let me start by saying thank you for your concerns, however, I’m an almost 56 year old widowed woman, with two things operating in my life. #1 I’m spirit filled, and #2 I definitely operate in discernment, and don’t allow my emotions to cause me to make irrational decisions. “Getting back in the game”, was merely a joke, which I thought everyone understood, given the nature of the video. I have not, and will never feed into the lies of any scammers. If I was thirsty, then I could see how this would be an issue. But I’m content, and extremely happy being single. Trust me, I always keep my head on the swivel, and I definitely walk in wisdom on a daily basis. Singleness is a gift from the Lord, that I embrace, and enjoy all to well. The BEST way to exfoliate with baking soda, in my opinion, is to mix it in coconut oil & smooth that scrub all over your face. Then wash with cleanser 😆👍 It's really unbelievable how smooth & shiny it is afterward! I rub my face down for like a full minute, even using my palms on my jawline where I get clogged pores! I use the organic coconut oil & melts down nicely & washes off easily with cleanser & a face cloth ❤️ Thanks SO much & you have really smooth skin too doc 🤗 God bless 🙏❤️🥰 Oh I have to add one trick too I do- Along with the baking soda & coconut oil if I have blackhead or textured clogged pores, I add a tiny bix of borax. I know it sounds crazy but if I have a rash on my arm or anything, taking a teeny bit of borax & scrubbing gently with hot water gets rid of it. Be careful, its a very rough mineral so just adding a tiny bit seems to help me. I also use it in laundry instead of detergent & on skin bumps on the body.

It’s not great for your skin it strips it! It’s completely alkaline and your skin needs to be more acidic to be healthy
@TheEnigmaticmuse2 ай бұрын
@@strangerthings88 plenty of people are saying they have used it for decades and have great skin. I'm guessing it's a weekly treatment and not a daily one. I use it in my bathwater pretty frequently and it does help my skin exfoliate and it feels soft afterwards. I see people commenting on oral care videos that it's too abrasive to brush teeth with but it's far less abrasive than commercial toothpaste. The scalp is slightly acidic but I use a mixture of borax which is very alkaline and peroxide and water on my scalp once a week. I rinse it and condition after and it leaves my scalp very clean feeling and gives a lot of body to my hair. With hair, the alkalinity opens up the hair cuticle so it can take in moisture.

70 yrs old and ppl still comment on my young-looking skin. Been exfoliatiing with baking soda for years. I wash my face with a dab of Dawn and while my skin is still wet I slough with baking soda. I use ROC moisturizer when I can afford it, a drop or two of grapeseed oil when I can't. Also, face steam over a bowl.
