This year i noticed My Labrador was starting to go blind , so i drove him 3 hours to visit the best eye surgeon in the country, however the diagnosis was Retinal Degeneration with no cure. And was told he will lose all his vision within months , on the way home this song came on the Radio and i remember him sat in the front seat looking at me , probably for one of the last times.

I remember when my dog I had all my life for 15 years died. He had cancer and he was very old and he didn't have a good chance of surviving. They removed the tumor, but it was already too late because it had already spread to his lungs. He had about a week to live so I tried to make our time last but he couldn't move because it was too painful. My father took him to the vet again and they say that they can put him down to end the suffering or let him stay until he dies. We chosen to let him be put down but they would do it the next day. He died over night just before dinner. I wish I spent more time with him. Please spend more time with your dogs because you never know whats going to happen.

I had a pitbull. He was very sad at the shelter and he wasn't like all the rest he quietly sat there in sadness. The first dog we got. He got parvo and we saved him. He grew uo with many hardships but with the love of the family. Last year we found out he had cancer. Lymphoma... we could prolong his life with the kemo. But it was not a riddance of it. All went well but the last kemo wasnt as planned. He didnt respond well. We had no choice. Rest in peace Bruno.

This song got me motivated to help people. During my catalogue delivery rounds my brother and I saw this little scruffy dog wandering on the footpath, some people walked past and flipped it off. My brother said he had recently seen the same dog wandering around outside the property earlier on, when our Mum came to pick us up, I mentioned that there was a dog wandering around the streets and the second I said that I saw the dog jump onto the road. Then my Mum went and picked up the dog, at the same time my sister was telling Mum that she had seen the dog a street over. We drove to the local pet hospital, they closed at 6:00 pm, it was 6:12 pm, so they told us to go North and find the pet hospital that opened at 6:00 pm. Luckily, my Mum knew where it was so we went in, got the dog scanned, filled out the form, and their tracking the owner now, it did have a collar but it was an older council tag so it had no address or phone number on it. Thanks to everyone featured in this story!!😀
