రక్త హీనత వున్న వారు.... 14 నుండి 21 రోజులు వయస్సు వు , 80g ల వరి గడ్డి కి 100ml నీరు కలిపి juice తీసి త్రాగవచ్చు. 21 రోజులు చేయండి. అలానే, నవారా లేదా maapillai samba rice తో చేసిన fernented గంజిని తీసుకోండి. చిన్న మట్టి కుండలో గంజిని పోసి fermentation కోసము వుంచండి. 12 నుండి 36 గంటల మధ్యలో వాడుకోండి.
