Yes, she is my heart. She became my stand in so eagerly, she speaks fluent Chinese and a top golfer to compete in North Carolina in a few months and a top skier with her brother and 5 year old little Bro. My son has given them tons of opportunities he never had, but he is also a great golfer too. My Kelani Bonnie is what grandma calls her. You picked a great heartstring comment to your grandma. Hugs. That's awesome! Its the best pass time, but culturally we only play these string games in the winter, March being the deadline and March is upon us after the last day of the month. If you are Dine' you grandma would slap your hands if she found you doing these games and make sure you remembered. Oh well. I saw grandma's doing that. You know what I was never spanked ever in my entire life. Wow. Not saying I didn't deserve it at times but grandparents were always loving and forgiving. Navajo Grandma

Dear Navajo Grandma. What a wonderful way to play and at the same time strenghten your memory and dexterity skills. I can't believe that the same thing my mum taught me when I was a child. We live in Europe. So far from you, yet same thing being passed from generation to generation.Back then there was no phones and other devices causing our thoughts to jump like a monkey- from one thought to another. This game has only positive outcomes-brings you peace, happiness, laughter, sense of accomplishment,...I could go on and on. You can play alone or in a group... It doesn't need a battery to run so it's eco-friendly! I also love origami. It goes to similar category. Thank you Navajo Grandma for reminding me of this game! Greetings to your family. Your granddaughter is a very pretty and nice young woman. You can clearly see she is so proud of you!😊 All the best👋❤

You made me smile. This was indeed a fun video. I call her Lani Bonnie. I always rhyme names. I just do. I love that you love origami. I was in Japan and I watched how they wrap Christmas or gifts nothing like how we just fold this over that. They start on a corner and fold and tuck here and there, although the end result is it’s beauty, they just have amazing tech brains to wrap in a way that is mind boggling. Then they do it quick, with perfect folds and creases that are perfect. The trick too is the paper. One day you have to watch. Thank you for the lovely memories and your lovely joy when you actually genuinely played and spent true constructive time. Those were the days my friend. Hugs and a great comment. Navajo Grandma

These days we are generally always in a hurry..This game requires time and patience...Not many people make effort to relax/spend time this way with their kids...rather watching a movie or something else which is not so involving or should I say...time consuming....Oh well...at the end of the day we are all different with different needs and that's ok too...and I respect that.
