I'm old so I am from the watch generation. I have had 2 citizen diver style watches and I got a lot of miles out of them and the eco drive system has never failed me. I had a watch once with the lil compass on the band. That broke in short order. Thanks for your service and the vid!

I had this video just pop up likely due to all my other watch following. I am loving it. I have a Garmin Tactix and a Resco Blackfrog combo. I am blown away at how similar the setup is. I found connector end straps for mine vs a pure Nato strap. Fits smoother and I didn't need to customize under the hood for my green light. That said, probably would not hold up as well if it was being utilized in a harsh setting. I think I am going to rig up a Nato tonight!

I love Garmin's line of watches. I'm currently rocking the Garmin Forerunner 245 Music. I never use the music feature, but I do use the hell out of it for keeping track of my fitness goals.

I like solar powered watches. If not solar the self winding watches. I can never remember to change the batteries until the watch stops. I like the Casio G Shock because if it breaks it doesn't break the bank. Nice review, and great discussions.

The Resco watches are dope. Reminds me of my grandathers watch in the 80's.

I have the same compass on my watch. Mine is a cheap solar charged digital though. It keeps good time and I actually use the compass at work frequently.

Hey, Coch. I have a Suunto Clipper compass on the band of my Timex Ironman. I've been wearing the Ironman as my everyday watch since college in the '90s including through 10 years in the Army. They do sell those Suuntu compasses on Amazon for about 20 bucks, so you could replace that one. Hopefully, since this video was a year ago, you've gotten a new one. But, if not, and if times are tough for you, can I buy you one and send it to you? I hate to see that sad, beat up thing sitting on that band between two $2k timepieces. 🤪

sinn field watch for me. i’ve worn a watch since i was ten and 55 years later i still do. don’t wear it in the house as with all of the electronics there are clocks everywhere. i don’t wear one camping i go by it’s either light or dark.

I use the A Rolex to guide me. It has these 2 arrows that point me to the right time. Expensive. 23K but it tells me the time exactly down to the second.

Those are great watches- it monitors your location through blutooth, gps, and wifi, tracks when and where you sleep, when you shower and go to the bathroom, keep track of when your active, your O2, BP, etc. Great for collecting TONs of data points, great to gather intel on a target to build a pic of their life. And the watch automatically sends this valuable intel to your account via Bluetooth and on to foreign countries looking for a window into your life. 👍
