Wrong! All the Lakers need (and any other NBA team) is a coach who gets respect from players, w/out trying to be their friend. Lakers need a coach who knows how to manage substitutions, T.O.s and adjustments. No excuses. The coach, like any other profession, needs to know what he or she is doing. The Lakers had more than enough to win, (forget what these talking heads say about Den) but you can't win by over playing "your" guys who don't match up.

LeBron wants a Hall of Fame coach, which he has never had. And Michael Jordan had Phil Jackson. So this has nothing to do with LeBron. Robb Pelinka is trying to keep his job. LeBron James wanted the Lakers to get Kyrie Irving, they did not do it. LeBron James said he wanted to play with Lonzo Ball, Rajon, Rondo, Dwight, Howard, and Carmelo Anthony, and none of them are on the roster. So LeBron does not run this team .
