I think people really underestimate Zion’s true athleticism. They just think of the dunks but it’s so much more. If zion went back to his duke weight or even high school, it would be over for the league

Yeah that will never happen he takes testosterone and still gains weight that’s how bad his genetics are. The only way he can lose weight is by getting liposuction, or healthy keto like what lebron sometimes does. NBA players are forced to eat carbs because of that we’ll never see him dominate the league like he could in high school his prime is up. Most people who gain weight let themselves ego. Carbs are essential in the nba for energy. If a player did keto in the off-season or current season their stamina, IQ, strength, endurance, would be hundred severely compare to all the other players on testosterone

He won’t last if he stays that way. We’ve seen it already. NBA seasons are long and tough compared to college or HS. Remember you’re basically playing against the top 400 players in the world.

@@AUSTIN-ss2zd Your weight isn’t mainly genetics.If you simply can control your mind to not eat as much,eat less,workout more.He needs to simply go on a caloric deficit and workout in long cardio,finding the heart rate where your body uses the most fat(mostly zone 3-2)If he’s committed it’s more than possible,even if he develops no more skill simply losing weight makes up for it.

Jah morant is easily 6’3 and has a wingspan of 6’7, I do think he one of the most athletic nba players ever but I don’t think him and AI are as close in build as stated, as AI was said to actually be closer 5’10 to 5’11. The biggest similarity with them is how light they are, allowing them to float down the floor.

@@Victor-oy8bj the NBAs height listings have been much more accurate since they remeasured everyone a couple years back. Camera angles and full surroundings take a big part in pictures, the difference in two inches can easily be hidden depending on the picture.

I've met both Allen Iverson and Ja Morant in person, and Ja is significantly taller than AI was. I am 6'1", and AI was a bit shorter than me, I'd say around 5'10", and Ja was taller than me, probably at 6'3". Other than that though great video

Robert Williams III is one of the most athletic players in the NBA. His leaping ability is off the charts, he covers so much ground and is so quick off his feet on defense that skilled offensive players have trouble getting their shots off on him from the perimeter! He’s going to be included on these lists as he becomes more well known. Great list! We have some young high flyers in the league right now!

For everyone wondering why the rankings are weird, athleticism isn’t just jumping, if it was zach lavine and zion williamson would easily be #1 and #2 but athleticism is quickness, speed, vertical, movement, fluidity and elasticity, with all that in mind it should be no surprise why ja morant is #1

Anthony edwards is built like a first baseman (normally bigger dudes with an emphasis on power and strength 6-3 230 guys) but so quick and a 43 inch vert

Jalen Green doesnt have the length of Jordan his wingspan is only 6'7 jordans was a massive 6'11. I think if ant could get his weight down a bit he's the closest to jordan as far as size speed and strength

Westbrook isn't insanely quick compared to MJ, Rose or Iverson he's just really fast in a straight line speed and has a lower vertical than all of them

6,11 245lbs has a 40 inch vert one of the strongest players in the league. Undoubtedly the most agile legit big in the league atm. As fast as most guards. Insane balance especially at full speeds shown of with his euro dunk signature. A euro step dunk is probably the single most athletic move you can do in the NBA and it’s this dudes signature move

I’m sorry Ja Morant is not number 1. Think about prime D Rose, Zach, Ant, Zion. Their heads are at or above the rim when they dunk and in posters at that. Ja can’t make a poster and I never saw his head get to the rim. If we are talking athleticism Wiggins is a better athlete than Ja and that’s without even trying….. dude barely bends his knees and his looking into the rim.
