@@rambala7419 There always has to be someone there to complain and I guess it had to be you. He's probably hugged the other lady plenty of times over the years. Which is why, he chose to hug his mom for being brave enough to go on AGT. I doubt the other mother was upset, so why are you?

Damn. Just, damn. My wife was a labor and delivery nurse for many years. She said the hardest conversations she ever had were the ones where a baby died and she asked the parents about organ donations. God love the parents who see beyond their grief and chose to help save a life with their personal tragedy.

I think some people are afraid to sign because they are afraid if they are ever in a live-or-die situation after an accident or such some immoral doctors wouldn't try as hard to save them in order to get a hold of their organs for a wealthy person or their family member on the waiting list (you know, the organ harvesting fear as there are numerous recorded cases where people were already pronounced dead, lying on the table with doctors above them ready to cut before waking up/coming to consciousness the last second and surviving). I know that's probably a tiny percentage among all the cases and most organ donors truly are deceased before anything takes place but still, imagine you being that "lucky" person where not all is being done to save your life and they view you as a 💰

My dad received a heart transplant and lived an “extra” 17 years. Thank you for signing your organ donor card!! Please tell your family of your decision because in most cases the hospital won’t override the families wishes.

To hear that she lost a son and his heart saved a life of another son and to know that a part of that son will always live inside of the other it brought me to tears. This really got me good. I am a mother who lost her son when he was 18 from complications of pneumonia and he was an organ donor. My son saved a toddler (Easton was 2.5) with his liver. Easton is now 6 and thriving. We spend a lot of time with his family and we are very close. I am a past professional singer and would love to sing with Nicole (Eastons mom.) It would have to be a Christmas song though as my son loved Christmas and it was a Christmas miracle that saved Easton.

I am an anaesthetic nurse. It is such a two way moment when we do organ retrieval. Sadness for the family who has lost a loved one, and joy for the families who receive the organs.

The lump in my throat kept growing as the seconds ticked on by. How incredibly moving this is. I can't even imagine what I would do if I had to experience what these ladies have endured. At first, I couldn't imagine where they could possibly draw their strength from to get up there and sing that special song. Beautifully I might add, I could literally feel their emotions, I just wanted to hold them both. But it became clear that they drew their strength from each other. I'm blown away. I will remember these ladies and their performance for the rest of my life. They truly touched my heart. My heart was broken and overjoyed in the same minute.

I can't imagine how strong a mother have to be to give the heart of her own child to another mother's son for him to survive and keep living. I'm an organ donor since I was very young, but actually my mother never knew about it. This is remarkable strength. Outstanding performance and more so life's story.

I've been an organ donor since my youngest days. Praying for this mom's loss and that more people will make known their wishes to be donors. It's so very important. I know this is true because I received a kidney almost 10 years ago. I would not be here if not for the gracious gift from my younger sister. This relates so much to me on two different levels. Years ago my great-aunt was in very terrible health and she was close to death, and she got the heart of a 27 year old girl who was in a car accident and died. So she's still going living healthily at the age of 87 because of the heart the young woman's life gave her. Me and my best friend from theater sing this song all the time it is pretty much our theme song, so I felt this so much

My dad passed just before the holidays last year. As painful as that was for our family, he was able to make multiple organ donations that we hope have given the recipients a better life. This audition hit really close to home. It made me emotional, but my eyes had already been watering because I was actually cutting onions while watching the full episode. What strange timing.

My son had a heart transplant as a 4 month old in 1989. His story is amazing. His heart became available at the exact same time it was needed his heat came from Texas while he was at Stanford in California ❤️

The story of connection through the same song before knowing each other was amazing. I’m still trying to wrap my head around events like these. I remember once dreaming that I was moving between different universes. In each one my wife was different - sometimes difficult, sometimes sweet and loving (The one I was hoping for in real life) When I woke up that morning she told me she had also dreamed - that I was with her but I would mysteriously disappear and reappear at different times

We lost my brother at the age of 33 after a motorcycle accident. He lived long enough for our sister to arrive from Australia. He survived long enough for us all to be with him. He became an organ donor after 5 days and catastrophic swelling caused brain death. We KNEW he would want his organs to save others. It helped us all to know his life gave life to others who received his organs. My niece later needed a cornea transplant. Organ donation is the best gift when tragedy occurs. This beauty of this story brings light to organ donation. I hope it saves many lives.

Yes it was shaky in the beginning but by the end both women did a wonderful job. I actually enjoyed both of their voices. I became an organ donor shortly after getting my drivers license. I have always felt if I die I would like to do some good. I’m not using my body so if I can help 1 or multiple people then that would be awesome! Couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to my child 😢! So happy you two have met and have formed a bond. I do hope they go far so they can continue to share their stories. ❤

Beautiful! ♥️ My 4-1/2 year old daughter died suddenly in 2000. Her kidneys went to a man that was diagnosed with Renal Disease at 6 years old. He had been on the donors list for 4-1/2 years because of kidney failure and his rare blood type: AB- Only 1% of the world’s population have the AB- blood type! Two kidneys from a child can function as well as one adult kidney, and people can function well with just one kidney. This man’s life has been extended for 23 years this August . He is a microbiologist, so the cycle of helping others is continued through his work. I have missed my daughter every day since her passing in 2000. The Gift of Life we were able to pass on means Everything to our Kidney Recipient, and as a Donor Mom, for me, it means my beautiful daughter did not die in vain. You can’t take it with you when you go. Recycle yourself! ✌🏼

I thought that as well and they could even pass as sisters, which is one of those spooky, for want of a better word, coincidences! Of course, it's heartbreaking about the mother's loss though. 🙁
