@@roger6703 The Kenosha trial judge was expected to act professionally and impartial between the Defendant and the Prosecutor. The Kenosha judge barred evidence to be submitted to the trial, as per allowances in such a case, that would show prior-intent and possible motivation to the Rittenhouse trial, such is being video/audio of Rittenhouse discussing buying a "gun and shooting the shop lifters in the CVS". The judge also berated the Prosecutor attorney about calling the gunned down men "victims", and there is also photographs and footage of Rittenhouse seated beside the Judge watching video, appearing very comfortable - which people found very peculiar and unprofessional of an impartial judge. Likewise, the rational of an underage minor acquiring a Assault Rifle and carrying, according to reports, 30 magazines of ammo - indicating possible prior intent. And the consideration that the parents of Rittenhouse, at the time 16 years of age, being present at a protest with other members of a private militia with intent to escalate the situation with intent to create examples of present protestors. And people speculate to this ongoing information and behavior of the Kenosha judge, who repeated mocked the severity of covid during the trial, that as a likely trump loyal, he favored Rittenhouse and his actions against members/vandals incorporated with the BLM protest movement. It can debated into the sunset and back whether Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, but the bottom line of this young-mans character is that he represents a prominent danger to minority groups as a person who has the capacity to acquire powerful man killing weapons. Among that, the group of people Rittenhouse chooses to ally himself with - in this sort of case - we do see judges favoring young-white men with privilege, who come from affluent families. In that scenario, people have latched onto the identity that the Kenosha judge had his decision before the trial began, and acted to favor a young-white-minor who had acquired a high powered assault weapon with intent to terrorize a group of people. Hence the comments praising this judge for sentencing violent men who took upon themselves to act as Jury, Judge, and Executioner.

Too Bad the Jury is a Bunch of Brainwashed Liberals.. They were probobly bribed with Millions to Convict 3 Innocement Men.. CITIZENS ARREST IS NOT THE KEY TO THIS CASE: I do not see Citizens arrest as the key factor. When I watch the Video, I see Aubrey run from the Defendant. The Defendants never shoot Aubrey as he runs from them. Aubrey Obvioulsy knew that they were not just there to Murder him (As some have Projected to be his State of Mind). So Aubrey ran away and then he decides to turn back and charge at defendant and grab His Gun. That Charge was an ATTACK. IT WAS SEPARATE FROM ANY AND ALL OTHER PRIOR ACTIONS. Aubrey became the Attacker at that point. The defendant NEVER Shot at Aubrey as he ran away, nor even as Aubrey was running Parallel to the truck . The shots only came after a struggle for the Gun. In Summary, Key Facts: 1. Aubrey broke away from the defendants, effectively defeating the Citizens arrest. 2. Aubrey decides to turn back and charge at the Defendant and grabbed the Gun by the Barrel end. 3. Aubrey became the Attacker when he RE-ENGAGED. 4. The Defendant never fired even when Aubrey was charging at him. 5. Only as the attack started was a shot fired then a struggle for Possession of the Deadly Weapon ensued. What was Aubrey's state of mind or Intent as He decided to turn back and charge the defendant? We may never know, but it is irrelevant because the State of Mind of the defendant is what matters as the person re-engaged him in an attack. Events Prior to the Attack are not relevant. Who cares what he thought if he was a Burglar or a Jogger? Aubreay got away! That was the End. Imagine his shock when Aubreay starts charging him. Ask yourself: Would you turn back and charge a man holding a shotgun? I would not. I don't know anyone in a competent state of mind you would. ALL AUBREY HAS TO DO WAS KEEP RUNNING AWAY FROM THE DEFENDANT.. 6. Aubrey has a long History of Mental Illness. Even his own Family has called the Police on him for his Violent Behavior 7. Aubrey took a handgun to a High School basketball game when he was 19 years old. When Security spotted his gun he ran but the Police caught him and recovered where he threw the gun into the bushes.. Aubrey only got 5 months Probation for that Crime 8. Aubrey was caught Red Handed stealing a 65" TV from Walmart 9. Aubrey parked his car way off the road in the back of a park where Drug sales happen. A Very Police Police Officer Investigated. Aubrey who wears a Winter Parka unzipped with no shirt underneath in very hot weather. Aubrey got very agitated and threatening to the Cop so the Cop called for backup. The second Cop turned on his Tasor to try and Chill out Aubrey. Aubrey had a Suspended Driver's License no Insurance and an Expired Registration yet the let him Walk Home.

@@mikeskidmore6754 You sound stupid. The fact is this man did not steal anything or violate any crime on that day. The fact is he attorney general knew hat she had this white man playing a cop and he was not qualified. She passed it on to another attorney general who she knew would come out and say this was not the crime. He knew that his son had a relationship with the defendant and he should excuse his self from the case. Putting up Ahmund other crimes in the America shows that if you serve your case then you have serve your crime. Second of all just because there was drug deals in the park the other days does not mean that a citizen who comes and park they car and is sitting in the park and you did not see any drugs being sold or on him. With what ever he wears. That's an innocence man. Go learn the laws . They committed murder and was showing this man murder on tape like they are showing a celebrity new music video. The white attorney general's was seen lying and taking advantage of they job positions. Yet Ahmund mother showed how honest she was and is as a woman who have not went to an 4 year law school. @@stcroix7722 Dear a Special kind of Stupid .. What on Earth are you Jibbering about ? A Jogger ,, DR Student and know thief who took a Gun to a High School basket ball game. Was seen in Video several times at night in a house under Construction that had $2,500.00 worth of fishing equiptment stolen from a boat in a garage at the Property .. This Jogger had been seen in the Neighborhood several times at night.. Also Travis McMichaels had a hand Gun stolen from his Truck parked in his Driveway a Month Previous.. Tell me when Joggers and DR Students are not armed with a hand gun or a large knife? One night previous to the event we are talking about Travis was headed to a gas station to fill up his car.. He saw the Jogger run from the House under construction .. when he got out of his car the Jogger was hiding in the shadows across the street froms aid house.. He put his hand into his pocket and it looked like he was reaching for a Gun.. Now I know this is going to BLOW YOUR LIBERAL INCABABLE OF CRITICAL THINKING MIND.. BUT Arbery charged a Man who was holding a shotgun in the Low Ready Position. Anyone with two Brain cells to rub together who saw the cell phone video can figure out that Arberys Intent was to Steal the Shot Gun from a Man who was following Arbery so the Police could find him to question him when they arrived.. It is every persons God Given Natural Right to self Defense. Travis had the fight of his life to keep Posession of his Shot Gun.. The Jogger who grabbed the shotgun by the Barrel end got a bullet through his chest.. Only a person with a very Low IQ, Serious mental issues and serious Anger Iissues would attack an armed Man with his fists and try to take said Gun. Marxist Brown shirt Brainwashing tactics don't work on people capable of Critical thinking. Usefull idiots are the first one the Marxists dispose of when they gain power.. Instead of being Brainwahsed by CNN MSNBC , Public Schools and Universities that are run by Marxists.. Try to think for yourself using Logic instead of Communist Liberal Emotions..

Here’s another 1: GIFFORD, Fla. - An Indian River County man on trial in connection with a deadly 2017 SWAT raid in Gifford was found not guilty of five of the six charges Friday. Andrew Coffee IV was charged with second-degree murder of his 21-year-old girlfriend, Alteria Woods, and three counts of attempted murder of law enforcement after the raid led to an exchange of gunfire.

Nov. 23rd 2021 CITIZENS ARREST IS NOT THE KEY TO THIS CASE: I do not see Citizens arrest as the key factor.

Many neighbors would use it as they walked by to water their dogs, or themselves if they were running etc. And the owner who didn't know these thugs, had a surveillance camera that gave him a sensor notification and he said he would call police if he was ever concerned about anyone but wasn't ever concerned about Arbery. No one has the right to chase down a person, block them in, and then murder them. [ Then Claim Self Defense] This tragedy should have never happened not only in America but nowhere in the world. Ahmaud Arbery was running for his life that day. Justice was served, this day. It was late arriving but it was served. Gregory McMichael called the police while the gun was pointed at Ahmaud Arbery one second before killing him. Somewhere in their mind, one of them or all three of them thought of George Zimmerman and how he clearly got away with doing the same exact same thing. (Spotted a man of color, called the police to set things up, chase down, then murder him) [ "Treyvon Martin" ] make up a Disney Land story of what happened, then go home with the murder weapon still smoking and be allowed to sleep in their own beds without any fear of being held accountable for what they had just done. This type of modern-day lynching has to stop and our country needs time, effort, and true justice to properly heal from this case and other cases similar to this one.

It's the system. It's beyond flawed. If they prosecute the prosecutor, and that prosecutor has ties to the prosecutor that would prosecute them, they'd all rather just not do it because A) they're lazy and B) that would be counterproductive to the status quo and C) they can't protect eachother because law enforcement takes the side of law enforcement, always (status quo). It's going to happen one day, and boy it will be this huge chain reaction where there will be one case where they need to bring in the feds to try a state case, or even just anyone not tied to the ties that are tied to the case. If that makes any sense.

I lived in and worked in Martinez ,Ga. back in 1992. These three men represent the "Red Neck" and "White Supremist" belief of some whites in that state, not all. I could not believe when I lived there that there was still a separate use of something as simple as a car wash for blacks and whites. I used a car wash ( not knowing that only black drivers used it) and the black people there looked surprised that I was using that one instead of the newer one across the street that only white drivers were using. Being from Indiana in the north ,I found it disturbing that such division was still going on in the 1990s. That is all I have to say. Justice was served ,but remember, nothing would have been done to serve justice in that state if the video (which one of the defendants actually took) had not been leaked and available.

I’ve watched hundreds of hours of various trials but a lot of the time the male attorneys take the lead. She was absolutely fantastic, what an inspiration. Judge Walmsley did a great job here, with all the bizarre comments made on the record by the defense and the daily motions for mistrial. He handled it expertly, his quiet calm made his rebukes even more powerful. Great job all round - although the defense attorneys didn’t conduct themselves well, some outrageous things said in court.
