Something that I noticed which is kinda weird is the your house is the exact same design as my uncle's house. The bedrooms are arranged the same way, the kitchen and dining room and living room are arranged the same, the basement is the same, the garage is a little different but very similar.

The halogen star is a meridian motor with saturn blades and a special halogen light and the meridian is an intellitouch mercury.
