I ordered the most expensive made to measure suit that NCG Tailor has. In this video I go over the ordering process, the different options, and then show you how the suit arrives. I try on the suit and I discuss the fit, the feel, and the overall quality as well as my thoughts. I bought the suit with my own money, wasnt asked to. It was on sale so i figured it was a good time to.

This review is absolutely everything I was hoping to see and hear about in a review. We think the same way with many things. Thank you for saying if it felt cheap or not, while also just giving an honest opinion, and mentioning other suit companies. Great review.

Awesome! I’m glad I was able to help. I’ve done reviews on around 20-25 suits from different companies so far. Hopefully it helps you find what you’re looking for.

Been waiting more than three months for a suit I ordered and paid. Customer service keeps telling me to wait another week and it never comes. Bottom line is they don't want to honor a price they set, so they're fulfilling orders newer than mine. Now they're telling me "it won't come very soon." Be very careful about ordering from NCG Tailor.

Dang it! Excellent review. but reading the comments AFTER placing my order.... I'm nervous to say the least. They just ran a deal for 75% off. Took a chance... we'll see!

Here is the info on how they attach their lining. They utilize the middle of the three. This is in the FAQs section under "What is NCG" "All our suits are half-canvassed (Mohair). We don't offer fused suits, nor full-canvas suits. Fused suits: The canvas is glued to your suit's fabric. Most of the off-the-rack you can find in your local stores are fused suits. Half-canvas: Some "fused" methods are still involved, but the canvas is sewed to your suit's chest. Full-canvas: The entire structure of your jacket depends on its long canvas which covers almost the whole front of your jacket."

It was the best suit they had. I can’t much vouch for their cheaper ones. It was nice. I just prefer fully canvas suits. They hug your body.

Ok so I took a chance with $167.00 ordered classic fit deep navy blue wool suit on a Sale. Not setting great expectations but their fb page showed a couple of suits which didn't look too appalling. I am one of those people who really need to just lose the 20 pounds that I have gained by working at home in this pandemic, and thereby be able to wear again the many fine and good quality suits that I already have. I said if this is a flop...it will be a lesson learned and I'll donate it to Goodwill, but I am thankful for your review, I couldn't find any others. Clearly they know how to make a suit......but again....you're getting what you pay for, so I'm cautiously optimistic but my British commonsense is saying....don't expect too much. Thanks for the review.

I give some to my twin brother (who says he will never dress up unless absolutely necessary) and the rest go to goodwill or the VA.

@@TheDadBod The suit finally arrived. It exceeded my expectations, but as I said before I didn't set them very high to begin with. I am probably around the same frame as you and I'm around 5' 11" so the pants are probably a "classic fit' so they were a bit loose, but quite wearable since the "slim fit" profile does not look so good on me. Overall the fit is quite good, better than off the Rack. I went with a classic deep navy, and the fabric is probably what they describe as Spring/Autumn which equates to year-round being here in Texas, but to me, it did feel a little light, but not bad. I'm going to try ordering a more expensive fabric, and seeing how the next one works out. I am on a budget, so the promotional prices work great for me. I am also a p/t Minister, and they do like us to wear Suits so I can at this price have a few more in my Wardrobe. For the price, they are excellent, obviously not Savile Row, but for an everyday type like me who just needs to clean up every once in a while they are good. ,Not sure if they "Special Occasion" at that price, but otherwise They are pretty good. Enjoyed your review and have seen several others, keep up the good work.

I’m glad it was able to work for you. You could tweak the measurements going forward if needed. Or take it to a tailor for minor adjustments. I’m sure you look dapper in it.

That's all I needed to hear...I was very tempted, but I've got zero patience for retailers who can't do what they say. I'd rather get an item of poor quality in a reasonable amount of time than to wait 6 months for a $300 suit. Thanks for the heads up!@@roberthonan3492

Seems like NCG Tailors is taking everyone's money these days and NOT delivering anything. It's a shame because they are doing it to repeat customers who actually received something from them and liked it! When you go and order something else that's when they stiff you and never make or ship what you ordered. They got me for 2 suits and I'm a repeat customer.😒

I bought 2 suits about 6 months ago and still nothing. Tried contacting several times at first they would respond but now I'm being totally ghosted. I love your reviews but on this one I would say buyer beware and keep your money

Sorry to hear of your experience with NCG Tailors. Unfortunately I have had the same thing happened to me. I am really ticked off regarding them taking my money. There must be something that can be done. How can a company function openly while ripping people off without consequences. Nevertheless I am determined they will not get away with taking my money.

Thank you for the review. That's a cheap ass suit. Material looks better on the website, but that is not a good suit. I normally buy Brooks Brothers or Marx Hart Shafner suits if not then one from a custom men's store.

I ordered three suits from them, received one, and they don’t respond to my requests for delivery. My order was in May, and now, 5 months later, I am still waiting. NCG needs to respond or refund my money.

That's how they are getting everyone by sending them 1 or 2 suits from their order and then that's it they WON'T respond to emails or send you the balance of your order. Just a warning to everyone DON'T ORDER anything from them they are now just taking everyone for suckers.

I placed 2 orders with them one in July 2022 for 2 suits and another order in Sept 2022 for 3 suits. The 2 orders should have been delivered to me in Nov or Dec the latest but I knew they had some lock downs because of Covid from Oct to Dec. I was VERY patient and understanding so in Jan 2023 they kept telling me in another 2 weeks but again I was SUPER PATIENT because I'm in retail and I have a lot of suits. FINALLY first week in June 2023 they shipped me the 3 suit order that I made in Sept but I couldn't understand WHY they didn't make my July 2022 order first. I e-mailed them and let them know the 3 suits fit perfectly but WHERE was my other 2 suits from my July order? As always they thanked me for my patience for NOT cancelling my orders and that I would receive my other 2 suits in 2 weeks. Here it is Sept 20th 2023 and STILL don't have my 2 suits from my July 18th 2022 order. They figured if 1 year passed and I didn't claim my refund from them or my CC co. I wouldn't be able to get the $273.50 refund and they were RIGHT! I tried yesterday with PayPal and MC and they both said 14 months was to long to file a dispute. NCG Tailors no longer answers anyone's emails BUT they still send e-mails on RIDICULOUS promos. This last promo they were giving 80-90% of and claiming a 30 delivery of suits on any order. I will tell everyone DO NOT order anything from this co. they are GREEDY and don't care about repeat customers. They just keep posting ridiculous offers when they can't fill the orders and hope to land patient customers like myself so they can scam you.

If you you paid using PayPal get them to issue you a refund QUICK before 6 months because after 6 months PayPal can't do anything for you.

What ever you do. Please don’t order your suit from NCG Tailors. I ordered and paid for my suit over 3 months ago and have not received it nor a response from. I am reached out to them appropriately 5 times still no response. Again please beware of this company’s dishonest practices. Beware!!!

I had the same issue. I contacted them via Facebook messenger with only a few responses. I told them I was going to Report them and create blast pages and they blocked me on Facebook.

@@kevinhockaday5652 I've had the same experience with them and they owe me 2 suits from 2 yrs ago. I'm not on Facebook but I am on IG so when they posted on IG I let everyone know that they were a SCAM so I haven't seen them post up anymore on IG.
