I looked up the ice cream question -- according to the Monticello website -- T. Jefferson was introduced to ice cream (of some colonial form) in France and brought home with him 4 Ice Molds - 1 Ice Cream Ladle and his recipe for the base. -- Monticello says they still hold an actual paper with the recipe in Jefferson's own handwriting. -- and by the way - The Blue Rooster is a Waynesville favorite because it is "Chef" quality cooking with normal foods served in large portions (not cheap though)...enough local folks like it so that they can pick and choose their days (closed -- off for the staff). - Love your channel.

Hi! Just watched your Cherokee Smokemont video. Question... Did y'all have cell service there? You said in the video that a guy had messaged you... So my question is... Was there decent cell reception there? If so... What carrier do you have. Thanks! God Bless!

@ArmoredE6 We did not have cell service right in the campground. Most of the campgrounds that are in the National Park do not have cell service at all. Whenever the guy messaged me, I would not have gotten the message until we had gone into town. We stayed at Indian Creek Campground in Cherokee here recently, and they have very good Wi-Fi there.

What was the channel you recommended a few weeks ago? Something about adventures.

@kevinp1078 The only channel that we're aware of that has the name "Adventures", that we might have recommended, is Haire's Last Resort Adventures. They are from Kentucky, and they do a lot of camping, and she cooks a lot of great-looking meals. That is probably who we were talking about, but unless I know which livestream and what we were discussing at the time, I can't say for sure.
