Here is a dirt cheap fix for this.
You can get this chrome powder at any hardware or mechanical store. You might not find it online though.

Hi there, I am from Kerala. I am using 2000 model bullet. Few years back I converted my 8 kgs crank to 10 kgs crank by adding additional weight to 8 kgs crank. I want to know whether I can reduce the weight back to 8 kgs or can I get original 8 kgs crank in the market?

I use an easier method....I take harpic in a bowl and use a toothbrush it gets cleaned in 15 seconds then I wipe the harpic off and wash it with detergent and water...then I put a layer of wax and the chrome parts shine like new

Isn't harpic way to acidic n dangerous to use. Like it can damage some parts Plus i dont think using harpic regularly is a good idea cuz it might deplete the chrome layer on indicators.👍
