Simply change NDDC name to "Niger Delta Medical Health Development Agency" (NDMHA). A development agency that spend 60% of its budget on medical health, how strange is that. That's an anomaly on its own.

What is wrong in Legislators receiving contracts. Most of them are businessmen even though they are politicians. If they execute the projects was is your problem. The issue is was there any embezzlement in NDDC?

This Mr Ubani is a liar. Akpabio changed what he said, by later saying that it was their constituents of the NASS members that benefited not the NASS members themselves.
