NP 9 is an non ionic surfactant, into this formulation it's used as foam booster, you can consider another foam booster other than NP 9 like CDE. Regards.

Yes np9 is very important. It is nonionic Surfactant, it has a few functions that helps deep cleaning. Np9 is old school and horrible for the environment.

Perfume can be 0,1% of the total volume, the Speckles can be 1% of the total mass. Their considered as fillers. Regards.
