I am a resident of Greater Noida West, I don't see any growth in that area, just private development I pay for my road transport, taxes on buying property, food, healthcare, in future it would be my money for kids education, how is my government contributing in my development?

Gr. Noida West is mostly residential area. Thought there are SEZ Zone like Artha & major area in KP5 where major industries could be setup including Datacenters already setup. Apart from that for industries it will keep fetching Central Noida. Thats the prospect about Gr. Noida West.

Yes exactly, I agree with you that the middle-class tax payers just pay taxes in India and that money is used for lifting the weight of whole country, the genuine tax payers hardly get anything in return! And this is the case in any Indian city, not just Greater Noida West

What do you think govt shd do, Government is making roads via buying land , govt is giving pay to police for your security, govt is developing metro, Government can only spend which they have, do you have better money management paln than government?

I'm glad you are happy with the bare minimum efforts of the govt and authorities, however the residents were promised for all basis needs like public transport(Metro), public healthcare, registry of flats, now even fresh air and waste management is a personal concern for me, and it's been more than a decade people and yet it's an on going issue, many elderly people have passed away too. I proudly share my opinion and feedback on the oversights of the government because I pay my taxes, they are doing good but it's not enough.

@@vibhusharma9098 Govt can also full fill its 9 year old promise to develop metro .. which got cancelled and postponed everytime since last 9 years...Many other metro and RRTS projects have launched and completed in areas where nit much ridership... But this crowded area is ignored ... A and govt has no answer just keep repeating ki jaldi kaam suru hoga 😁

Noida Airport should have come up 10 years ago as per announcements in 2005-2010. Infra . Metro expansion and flyover expansion has been slowest in last 7 years. We need support of govt without delay

सर ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट में गौड़ सिटी 2मे बुलन्द बिल्डर के यहां 2010 में एक फ्लैट बुक कराया उसका 95% भुगतान भी कर दिया गया है लेकिन आज तक प्रोजेक्ट अधर में लटका हुआ है लगभग 13.5 साल हो चुके हैं। आज हम बहुत मुश्किल में है क्योंकि हमें बैंक का लोन किराए के मकान से गुजर रहा है। कृपया इस की आवाज उठाते। धन्यवाद।

Noida Extension mein 30 Metre ki road per Car/Scooter chalaney ki jagah hai nahi, Netaji usmein City Bus chaleaney ki baat ker rahey hain Metro Train ki bajaye😅😅. Yaani jawaab saaf hai, Metro line ka abhi Noida Extension mein koi plan nahi hai😅😅😅

Gurgaon me paisa jyada h to obviously rhne k lye bi behtar h...noida is third class city in comparison to gurgaon because of gentry, which u can't change n u have to accept that...thats why if u want to invest, invest or live in gurgaon

@@hgjhhj3491 A Companies looks for many parameters like connectivity, govt. Policies, infrastructure, law & order etc before choosing a location. Previously Gurgaon was much ahead in above parameters and thats why it have most of the IT companies there and not in Noida. Now situation is completely changed so if new IT companies comes it will definitely select Noida. But question is if any or how many company coming at all ? Its about timing as well and Gurgaon won the game as Noida was not ready 20 years back. I think Gurgaon will continue enjoy as a hub of IT Industry. But Noida will enjoy next industries including IT companies, Mobile business, manufacturing, medical devices, robotics, textile, apparel, toy, logistics, film & entertainment, tourism etc etc. because it has capacity to become a big hub of atleast 10 different kinds of industries. (By Noida I meant Noida, Gr. Noida, Yieda, New Noida ). Noida has much much better future prospect in comparison to Gurgaon. But also question is how fast new industry setup in Noida. Whatever is already developed in Gurgaon is not going to change. It will only improve and more industry will come as per its infrastructure capacity. But for Noida there is no limit.
