I think it’s extremely rare the water is that low and clear. I definitely got out there on the right day! We went back a few days later and hammered some fish but visibility was way down.

@@ndyakanglermy bass fishing reservoir is rarely clear. But I was sight fishing a bass from the bank and just like in this video, a second one came up and after a couple seconds hammered it.

To anyone who fishes regularly or rarely... This guy is not normal. It is VERY rare that anyone is able to catch fish like this, much less consistently! ND, you have a great voice, admirable ethics, and legit skills. Always glad to watch your videos.

I haven’t really used scent much, other than giving my bag of wacky worms a squirt. Coincidentally we went back a few days later and threw giant wacky worms there and they worked surprisingly well! I didn’t add scent to the big worms but I’m pretty sure they had some in the pack.

Great videos. You treat every catch no matter how big or small with respect. The shakes you get make your videos that much more immersive. You get excited by the catch, nice change of pace from the channels that just catch to create videos. Much more relatable to the average fishermen. Keep it up

if you read this, take a look at at again. its not a fish. its dare i say a ghost fish? or i have no idea. it materializes and dematerializes. a camera artifact? played it at .25 speed over a dozen of times and it just does not look "correct"

I love it how when you miss a big fish you just give a chuckle, well now you know where they're living anyway... And you can come back and try another day (you will make another show here, right?) Great job as always Matt you're the man❤❤❤ and I know you mentioned something about this but it is truly amazing how they do not spook!!! And yeah buddy you definitely need a bigger net😅! You ever think about putting double split rings on those swimbaits it just gives them a little more room to wiggle and not twist those hooks out!

Did you see......? Keep a look at the right site of your Kayak at 7min.17. Don´t follow the cast (while you commenting ...crap oh he took a swipe at that jiggy, that is) but keep on looking in the water, you see the pike passing at lightning speed. Real nice. My Mom used to say that if your boat-mate has hooked on a Musky, and you're not on net duty, cast just behind the first first as there is often a second one just as big or bigger right there. Amazing video again, thank you so much!

I did find a bigger Frabill that I think will work great! The handle slides into the net part when not in use so it doesn’t get in the way.
