Do agree athimathuram work wonders...wt a period of time. Dr. What abt sometimes is cause symptom like migraine or like sore throat. But actually when gas been pass out the symptoms goes off too.

The remedies are just for people who are having initial symptoms, there is a certain approach and there are multiple medicines, diet and lifestyle changes, for people who are having persistent problems.

Are you able to supply a recipe for Buttermilk as I'm sure store bought will not be the best to use for excessive bloating. Also in our country I dont think we get the best quality milk as recommended by Ayurveda.

Sir i have a doubt is it Ok to mix all these Arishtam (10ml-10ml) in Equal quantity with same amount of water. 1.Balarishtam 2.Ashwagandharishtam 3.Saraswatharistham 4.Arjunarishtam For nerves,muscle, Mind & heart related issues. @@AyurshiAyurveda Sir Actually this combination was prescribed by Ayurvedic Vaidya to me & my prakruti is Vata dominant Kapha. I asked this is it Ok to mix all these Arishtam (10ml-10ml) in Equal quantity with same amount of water. 1.Balarishtam 2.Ashwagandharishtam 3.Saraswatharistham 4.Arjunarishtam Because someone told me that its not good & safe to mix all these Arishtam together.

Doctor please consider my case. i have been diagnosed for hyper acidity. i am always hungry. morning i wake up with hunger only. every one hour i have to eat something solid. otherwise gas will be formed in my stomach. whatever the reasons you told for bloating does not suit me. after lunch upto 5pm i will be ok. again the hunger starts. then dinner. sometimes i even eat at 2 or 3 in the morning. is there any solution for this. help me.
