They have investigated themselves and found that they did nothing wrong. You owe them $5 for the investigation fee. In addition to a $2.95 convenience fee. And a $3.95 processing fee. This will be a recurring fee going forward. They appreciate your business and look forward to collecting more fees from you in the future.

Nope. They won't do anything. Assured by your unwillingness to change that. By only bitching. Online. Not calling everyday. Writing everyday demanding change as is correct and appropriate. So AT&T will do as they do. And this will never get better unless you play your role like you expect a congress to do that has not. Simple stuff. Not rocket science. Thus the reason

If you look in the company that is in charge of that portion of information that was leaked that actually had nothing to do with AT&T because people are so retarded and want to associate ATT with like they're a cyber security company lmfao they use many different entities and companies I know exactly how their systems work because it's just like any other business None of the information was late because that's a baseline of security. The more sensitive information is used by different cyber security companies and it's very complex.

@jamaarbrundidge1395
@jamaarbrundidge1395 18 күн бұрын
@@johnringo1145 There’s one thing of misunderstanding, but when they continue to allow sales agents to be rogue in offering promotions that don’t apply and AT&T does nothing, that is corporate greed and corruption. You can say they don’t have contracts, but if you can’t pay off your phone before 3 years without consequences of losing your promotion credits, that’s saying you can’t go anywhere without paying a fee, which is eventually a form of a contract. If you don't want to call it a contract, call it scamming people. In the last month, AT&T services went down twice for over 12 hours with no communication to its customers or compensation for the inconvenience. Now, there is this major data breach. I don't have anything to hide, but many people don't want their phone history out there for the public to see. They used to be a reputable company. Now they are living by their name. Honestly, their phone services are not good and AT&T is nothing but a headache. I'm getting out as soon as I can.
