Had this pre-ordered for a few months since it got put back. Forbidden planet will be hopefully sending it me end of this week. Looks superb. Got the dark cover which I much prefer.

There better be some sweet AvP Omnibus Collections, 2 should suffice, 1 for that human, japanese Predator, and 1 for the rest. Another one for Predator, I guess. I know they release the original years again, but now it's as smaller TPB, which might be the ones I'll buy, maybe. The "Aliens: Tribes" story was always hard to get, not being a comic, but it's in the 1st Omnibus, if I remember correctly. So it should be in the new one as well later on. And let me guess, all those versus/crossovers, where Batman meets the Predator, or Judge Dredd meets some Xenomorphs, because it's DC, 2000AD, Dark Horse, Image & whatever, those do not get an Omnibus...

Omar have you ever read Alien the illustrated story by Archie Goodwin. It is a old book and short but the art is incredible. Basically it is a comic based on a first rough cut while they were making the original Alien film. There is even some minor differences from the film. They did a oversized black and white version if I remember correctly but it is now oop. I don't think the omnibus collect that story.

Aliens is the best movie 😀. Seriously considering to pick up these omnis

Omar, you say in this overview that Aliens dead orbit is worth the price of admission but I would have to disagree, I think Aliens defiance the 12 issue maxi series I have enjoyed much more and found the story more compelling I honestly didn't want it to end, great book so far far and I'm not even half way through it 😁

Seriously need to start thinking about a second job to afford all this stuff.

Wait, Dead Orbit was available as a Library Edition? I own Defiance Library Edition and Dead Orbit Deluxe but not a Library Edition.
