I'm amazed at his ability to present all of this information without notes. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and command of the topics clearly from a lot of investment put into understanding people. These videos have been so insightful.

♥️GENIUS!!!♥️ I’m going to have to listen to this one over and over, until It sinks into my head. I have been through a lot of childhood traumas. For 30 years I medicated my anxiety and depression, now that I’ been clean two years, it feels like everything hit me at once. I have so Much more to learn. Thank you for being such a Wonderful Teacher and sharing your videos online. Your audience will grow.

I will have to go back over the video a few times as i have long struggled with low self esteem and the differences between it and humility. As a Benedictine, this will help me interpret the Ladder of Humility found in the Rule of St. Benedict in healthy ways. but I will have to replay the video and take good notes this time!
