Just a heads up to anyone that might be watching on their phone, the sound guy made an error mixing some of the guitars and they're out of phase with each other, which means that if you're listening through a mono speaker (such as through the built-in speaker on most phones), some of the guitars completely cancel each other out and you won't hear them at all. So if it sounds like some of the guitars are missing, check it out on stereo speakers or plug in your headphones and you'll be able to hear everything! :)

I honestly think its pretty lame to call ND's FOH guy out on one of their most viewed live videos and say he made an error... when you pulled a board tape from his live show. That's a fundamental misunderstanding of what his job is. his job is to make the room sound good, which he did and does every day. Dan is a great engineer, and absolutely did not make an error. if he was mixing this for your video im sure he would have spread the guitars differently. The error lies in the way the audio was captured, not mixed. This has been bothering me for like a year.

@@Chrismiller-bk8ji late reply but you're 100% correct. I've seen ND half a dozen times and they consistently sound great indoors and outdoors. Kinda BS them implying the sound engineer fucked up when optimizing sound for a KZfaq video isn't part of his job.

It’s because the whole band is using in-ear monitors, so they all have a count in in their ears that the crowd can’t hear.

I am not going to lie I have never listen to this band before, I really dig the pop punk/pozzy hard-core daggermouth sound but they really need to work on their stage presence with that said they're not bad

Actually if you watch their other live videos you'll see that they actually have great stage presence and are arguably out of all the modern pop-punk bands, the best one when it comes to live perfomances. In this case I believe that Ben (the lead singer) actually had a knee injury a few days prior and was told by doctors to be still.

Are you listening through a phone or other mono speakers? Because if you are and the guitars sound quiet or nonexistent, it's because their sound guy made an error and they're out of phase with each other. If you listen through headphones or stereo speakers you'll be able to hear the guitars just fine.
