I am not sure if I understand the question. This is an animation of a typical neck fusion surgery. The actual time of surgery is between 60 minutes and 120 minutes per level.

I question any Dr who states he can do this in 60 seconds. Have gone through this surgery…this is not a 60 second procedure.

June, you are absolutely correct. It takes between 60 and 120 minutes per level on average. But the average viewer wants a concise view. That is why "60 seconds". Thanks for the comment.
