I got arrested on Dauphin island. Fishing while stoned. Put us in a paddy wagon with some other bro dudes. I started singing the theme to Dukes of Hazard, this is the south. Everyone knows that song and joined in. When the sheriff's drop us off one said we were the most fun prisoners ever. Just a night in jail. My lawyer had it thrown out; I didn't even have to go to court. I wasn't a prisoner. They called us by our shirts. Red shirt, blue shirt. It was epic. That's my paddy wagon story. Good luck surviving the plague everyone. Why is a tagger heavy metal skater dude interview showing up in my feed? This was cool.

wolfumz Its "Statute of limitations". If you have an active warrant, get re-arrested, when your new paperwork hits the court you reset the clock basically. Its all depending on charges though, but good chance if you had an open warrant and get involved with police, you're likely to have a court case in your future, even if it is just a formal dismissal. Shit sucks.

Man MOST places, they won't even let you call in or check if you have "warrants" online. They say hell NO, the ONLY way to check *is to go down to and IN TO the Courthouse yourself.* Basically to turn yourself in so in case you DO have any outstanding warrants, you're already right there and they can just lock you up. I guess they assume if your checking, that you already know you MAY have a warrant lol.
