In your case I would recommend getting PC ports when you can, like NFS Underground has a PC version that you could find in a used market. As for emulation, for PS1 you could try DuckStation. For PS2, PCSX2. DuckStation works out of the box, but needs bios. PCSX2 requires a bit of a setup. I myself only have a video for Beetle PSX HW core for RetroArch.

Hi, I don't take free requests. However, if enough patrons join my patreon and a goal of 250/month is achieved, I'll run polls with games pre-selected by me in which patrons can select the next desired walkthrough. Alternatively, if someone is generous enough to single-handedly commission a walkthrough, I would consider such option. Hope this helps.
