So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

Oh ouch. You know, after we lost our sole source of income in 2008, I actually DID start worrying about how much toothpaste I put on the brush, trying to use less, etc. Gaaaa! Also, being raised by parents with mental disorders meant that anxiously anticipating what was coming next so I could toss another virgin down the volcanoes to keep my metaphorical village from being buried taught me worry was how to keep safe. It was only coincidental if it worked, but every time it did cemented the idea further. Hopefully, the tapping can help me sandblast that chunk of concrete up!

This works!! I dont know how, I dont know why, But EFT changes your entire psychology maybe just for a few minutes after the session or maybe it continues. Thumbs up for Mr. Yates for coming up with different topics which really hit the hammer on the nail! Thanks...

Powerful - I am so grateful for this. My handed down rule book that I added to says you have to worry - it keeps the boggie man away. Love and fear cannot co-exist. I chose love and the security Love will find a way, the way. The more I relax into this trust the less my ego's what ifs bother me. I had to laugh the little me that worry has saved so many others and the resentment (hidden) that they do not know to be grateful!! Grew up hyper vigilant! Others have a higher self to show them the way...not me. I choose healthy caring - thank you so much. "I rather feel love in body mind and spirit."

Brad, thank you thank you thank you! The words you chose for this one were exactly what I needed. I had to laugh at the toothpaste comment, especially when you addressed even that as a worry because (silly at it sounds) I've even worried about that! It's not that I'm a worry wart, just that when I'm going through significant change (such as I am in my life right now), it's so easy to worry about things. This clearing was a wonderfully timely reminder for me. Thank you. Your work is delightfully appreciated.

Thank you so much for this, absolutely perfect for worrying. The state my mind was in was so torturous and this just gave me an instant sense of peace and calm. Can’t believe there’s actually an option of peace for what I thought were thoughts I’d just have to live with. Going to do it one more time thank you so very much 🤍🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Fascinating how many ppl actually do worry about toothpaste quantities! 🤣 Worry was a "Erbsünde" I accepted from my mother. I return it now! It truly serves no purpose. Strange how worry gets mistaken 4 love! Even negative attention 4 children is better than being ignored, seems 2 be the same. Worry comes from mind/ego and is time based. In presence there is no worry! Life wants presence vs worry.

marceline sennpai I suggest you to go to a therapist and do it with her/him. It’s better because with the help of someone else it’s easier to understand what’s wrong, why you don’t feel any benefit and go across your real inner blocks. Probably your tapping something and avoiding the real issues (just assuming some possibilities). I did it btw, best choice ever :)
