I had an assignment for Graduate School to research on "Happiness" I saw this video and it really made sense to me. I felt happiness would come if I made enough money and to do that I needed to work hard to get promotion after promotion. After four promotions, over a 10 year span, I realized that I missed my daughters childhood because I was so busy trying to provide and have all their needs met. They are now adults and tell me we know we were loved but we wish we would of had more time with you. I have learned and now make it a point to do more with them as adults. We cannot get time back but we can move forward. I am now becoming a Psychotherapist to help others with trauma.
