Q.6 patient presents with breathing difficulty. Then why is it TS? A long standing caae of MS can lead to pulmonary artery hypertension called second stenosis, which can cause prominent a wave due to back pressure. And typical presentation is of breathing difficulty due to pulmonary edema. So why not MS then?

Why not clopidrogel in UA ? CURE trial have shown benifits. And the patient needed long - term treatment.

@Eschatology Explorer No biochemical indicators given suggesting persisting infraction in the patient. Still you would use heparin ?

@Eschatology Explorer clopidrogel is part of early invasive and conservative strategy whereas though we widely practice giving heparin or anticoagulants , its use shoud be risk stratified. Pardon me if I am wrong.

Sir we cant correct 20meq deficit of sodium......because fast correction leads to pontine demyelinosis syndrome.......so max we can increase by 8......so tbw x 128-120 = 42 x 8 = 336 . So answer will be 280 (closest choice)

If Troponin I is abnormal then it is NSTEMI….even then the drug we give is LMWH
