My absolute favorite self-defense knife of all time is still the Cold Steel Voyager Vaquero XL serrated. Absolutely stable, great range and the power is unmatched.

Awesome stuff; you really do highlight a lot of small time vendors that most people don’t take the time to document. A lot of interesting makers on this video and obviously gotta love the Magnetic OG, Mr Winter Blade himself! Oh and around the 5 minute mark I video bombed you while you were checking out the long sword… I made it onto a Neeve video! Mission accomplished. 🤟

When will we be able to peruse/shop for knives of your own design? I’m hyped and getting impatient. Really big fan of what I’ve seen so far. And may I suggest a suggest a budgety line with micarta scales (OD green is my favorite color) and maybe 14C28N or AEB-L steels? Both have good toughness for thin geometries and are stainless. And don’t waste money coating the stainless blades. Also, as a designer, please don’t be afraid to dive into slighter larger blade lengths, 3.8 inches to 4.5 inches. I grow jaded on the seemingly millions of 3-3.5 inch folders. Some are interesting, of course, but I just love bigger knives that stand out, proudly. Anyway, congrats on the progress you’ve achieved and thanks for reading if you’re still reading this lol. A fan.

I went to Blade Show on that Saturday and I swear I looked at every booth. Watching videos from you and others and there is so much I missed. You really could spend all 3 days there and still probably miss something. Its always a fun show though

I'm all about weird mechanics for opening, locking and closing knives. So that said, I want those Winterblade knives. Can't decide which one I like more, so I suppose I'll just have to get both. Hopefully he ends up bring both to market.

all i could think watching this was just imagine going up to the D.Defense booth at SHOT show picking up their newest overpriced flagship carbine , shouldering it and saying ''this really makes me wanna go out and clear the fkn lobby'' and then '' let me get my prints off it in case somebody actually does clear the fkn lobby with it later'' this made me laugh, then i pictured Neeves as the madman doing it. now im cry-laughing on the crapperat at 5am in a log cabin in the middle of nowhere Alaska. the wonders of youtube, we truly live in a time. toilet flushes.

Midgard Guy wasn't fully correct, we have laws about folders everything which can be operated with one hand and locks is not allowed to be carried even a Leatherman if the blade locks, and after an incident 2 weeks ago where a cop got killed it's very likely that it will get worse, they already say that fixed blades over 6cm should be banned too
