you give enough step explanation & detail that a beginner is encouraged to give it a try, even if never attempted before -- and you manage to give what's needed in a concise, time saving manner: that's a real skill! obviously I'll discover this with practice, but ... since I'm new, when you say let each layer dry before the next layer: are we talking 15 mins? 2 hours? overnight? I know it'll depend somewhat on location & humidity, but what's a good "at least for ___" guesstimate? Thanks.

15-30 minutes, but you can use a hair dryer in minutes
