Miguel Angel, I don’t quite think of sunny in the same sitcom category bcuz it’s a single-camera setup, so it just has a different feel to it. Getting renewed for a 15 season is unmatched for live action comedy. So you could definitely make the case. God knows they’ve created a lot of gold over the years... but the shows premise and it’s style of plot development of episodes is sooooo clearly influenced by Seinfeld, hence the homage and tagline “it’s Seinfeld on crack”- it’s hard to deem it the new benchmark. A funnier show, I might be with you. I definitely prefer curb to Seinfeld... but Seinfeld transcended demographics and permanently enshrined itself at the forefront of American pop culture and thus the collective American Psyche like no sitcom really had before or since. Though I would argue the amount of streaming networks and sheer amount of tv shows available now make it virtually impossible to do what Seinfeld did in the 90s. Seinfeld in today’s time wouldn’t be able to do that either.

The last clip demonstrates something special about this show that's always there but rarely so overtly shown. That Jerry and Elaine really do have a certain love for each other. Maybe that love isn't romantic so much as friendly, but the look of genuine excitement on both of their faces that they figured out how to take the friendship they have, not alter their dynamic, but still get to be intimate with one another is really sweet in a way. And that's even with their deal not working out, the point is in that moment they are sure they figured it out. They are just so happy to be able to be physical with one another.

I wouldn’t hesitate to say this series was one of the greatest comedy shows in the history of television. It’s so timeless. Funny for generations to come.

As far as traditional form sitcoms go I think it’s THE best

The concepts are definitely a real part of negotiations. Obviously the clips are also numerous but it was well done.

I’ve had a crush on JLD since this scene originally aired! 😍

That scene was probably one of my favorite TV scenes. George was painfully, side-splittingly funny.

I thought they’d show George’s most famous negotiation, in which he negotiated a lesser price for the first season of Jerry! Haha 😂 that was George’s typical negotiation for Jerry’s talent.

The acting is as exquisite as the script. ✌️😎🥇 And that final sketch - with the genius addition of the numerous awkward hand gestures 👋🥴 - thereby adding *further embarrassment* to the already uncomfortable choice of terminology… was butt-clenchingly hilarious….. 😂👍

Def one of THE most interesting written scripts in a half hr comedy series.

Kramer was the funniest on the show : “So how come you’re selling it?” Kramer: how many miles? Jerry: Two Kramer: city or highway? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Kramer did a lot of legwork to get back to Jerry's apartment only to get what he started with xD

Breezo Bucks A car's mileage is dependent on where it is driven. When it is driven on the highway, there are most likely no stops, meaning there is less stress to the engine and brakes. When it comes to city mileage, it can put tremendous wear and tear on the engine, brakes, etc.. This is why mileage is always specified, even when new cars are being evaluated.

Rudy and Kramer both had a small role in a scene together in the 1993 Cult Classic ‘So I Married An Axe Murderer’ ! The 80’s/90’s/00’s were THE BEST !!
