I miss Neil Bonnett, Ned Jarrett's way of broadcasting NASCAR. Wish someone would load up more episodes of this show. I watched it religiously as a kid

@Mike Oxlong Bullshit, he will get in. Wins isn't the only criteria the voters go by when it comes to voting. This piece represents it all, and Neil was as good an ambassador to the sport as any.

Neil was one of my favorite drivers. I still remember my Dad telling Friday night he had passed away. I was excited for his return to racing, but there have been times that I had wished he had stayed out of the car and focus on broadcasting as he was one of the best. However, I realized that he was doing what he wanted to do and that was racing. Being in that car racing is what he was happy doing.

I watched his show,then looked up the shows,couldn't find,quite some time later,found out he had died,I miss him just as much as Dale Sr 🏎

Davey Allison was my favorite and a great guy all together. I heard Neil tell about trying to get him out of the helicopter and red farmer. He called Bobby to tell him what happened. Neil was 1 of the old school hard headed racers. Alabama gang
