This scene was good in both the book and movie, one of the only scenes where Richard truly questioned his sanity and wondered if anything he had experienced after bringing Door home, up until now was even real.

@MizMimiCullen Me too, the book contains much more things from Neil Gaiman's imagination and the book is like the Neverwhere Neil wanted. But I liked the TV series too and I'm quite glad that it was made in 90's and with quite low budget, because it adds certain charm to it. If Neverwhere was made today in Hollywood with a huge budget and star actors, it would look like any other movie, with 'heroic scene 26' and 'pathetic babbling of the hero 586'. And after the movie, my thoughts would be like
