Just wanted to say, I love the new format with the 3 of you guys. Chuck always makes the show even more solid and durable. This is one of the rare occasions where it feels even more balanced with 3 people. Chuck's respect and calm demeanor bring a lot of needed "calmness" to the show. Just like Anthony Smith is needed to calm Bisping down and make him listen better, Chuck quells a lot of the distracting noise and hostility which can be grating.

Max looked better than ever! 5 years to the day i saw him 236 fight against Dustin at 155, and funny enough i was also at 199 in Los Angeles when he first did the point to the ground slug it out against Ricardo....he looked so sharp and quick like the Old Max. Top 3 UFC KO of all time

BS said, "Max isn't there to be hit like Tony." That is true. But, NOBODY is there to be hit like Gaethje. Does he even have big power? Can he crack, or has he always been willing to plant his feet, bite down, throw haymakers, & never quit? I mean he's been hurt in most of his wins and all of his losses in the UFC. He got hurt in many fights in WSOF. 36 yrs old. I think there's a much bigger chance justin pulls s ferguson than the other way around.

Gaethje has taken less shots in his latter half of his career and he put it on Fizief. He knocked out Dustin, who is not necessarily a chinny guy. I think generally, you would be right as far as between the two, Gathje is more hittable. But he 100% has more power than Max and with some of the wars max has had, I think he won’t take his shots as well as he did against Dustin when he was less weathered

If Justin actually fights smarts and leg kicks him for three rounds this is an easy win, but time and time again he doesn’t. Max knowing this will try to get him to just brawl and piece him up for the 5 round war. Great fight

It's bizarre that they put a female wrestler on the co-main. None of these girls are must see TV, but apparently Weili is super famous in China and is a role model, so I'm happy to see a good personality getting this opportunity. But it should not be the co-main.

tbh it was a great back and forth fight! problem is they had to go on after Max-Justin. Dana even said at press conference that the BMF fight sucked the air out of arena like an adrenaline dump. the Co-Main and the Main delivered...for all hate 300 got...and i was at 299 in Miami....this card massively delivered.

Why are you guys leaving out the fact that justin gets smacked and hurt every fight. Grandpa Tony had him stanky-legged and had a chance to finish but for the end of a round. Gaethje almost got outstruck in that fight that everyone remembers as a dominant win. Since that he has two decisions, two losses, and a lucky head kick. He's 36 years old with brain damage and if Max plays it smart he pieces justin up for 5. If he gives gaethje what he wants and goes to war, they will both get hurt. If Max jumps on the chance he'll finish Justin Gaethje.

Eh. I don't expect "never the same" as in one of them loses their chin and starts getting clipped easily with several knockdowns or losses like other fighters who lose their chin, especially not Max. I don't know, that statement is very exaggerated.

That's the thing. Not everyone becomes like that. TJ Dillashaw took a lot of souls himself. Barao and Garbrandt were never the same after he finished them. Overeem felt apart one day suddenly. Gaethje and Holloway aren't those. I blame more Tony on his double weight cut. Not exactly fully because of Gaethje. I doubt either Max or Gaethje will lose their chin and start losing their fights after this.

Yeah, it usually happens once or twice a year, so I've got to admit it when I'm wrong. I definitely missed it on that one. I never expected Gaethje to have that much trouble finding him. Hats off to Max. One hell of a performance.

I don't want to be a downer. But there is zero chance that Gaethje or Alex Periera can win; their opponents are 3 years younger with significantly better chins, equal cardio and equal skill. Justin is 35 and Alex is 36. Their age is the most important factor and nobody is talking about it. 😮

Justin is gonna knock him out. Halloway looked totally incapable of taking shots from Dustin and Justin hits much harder than Dustin. I hope it's a good fight but honestly I don't think it goes well for max.

This is the standard assumption, Max is too small.. But Max is a far more skilled and far more intelligent fighter than Dustin and he apparently didn't train for that fight with Dustin. Max is too durable, and he has relentless pressure. Gaethje doesn't have a good chin or good cardio at this point, and by the 4th round Max is going to look like Neo in the Matrix dodging punches, bobbing and weaving and landing at will on poor Gaethje. 😮
