yes it helped a lot, so we don't got trace of burn below, need to order one for test also banggood sells them a bit cheaper than neje.

25mm is a lot i would think about cnc router, so you can make also some groove for corner connection. Here in slo using cnc for speakers is most common, i didn't seen yet that someone using a laser, you also got clean cut with cnc mill.

@@Simjedi aha ok, didn't read that 😉 Hmm about mdf, i try some different mdf i got home, quality one cut nice to about 3mm but the other non quality got lot of dirt and steel inside so it only make a wide burned line not even 1mm deep, also on quality mdf i doubt it would cut 6-7mm thick mdf, in your case i would check for some more powerfull co2 laser (more than 40w) or better still stay on cnc router, but i know it cost much more.

Idk because i only got experiance with diode lasers, wich is good for material like wood, paper and other burning material, for metal you'll need much more expencive fiber laser, and for acrilyc maybe a co2 laser, some darker acrylic work also on diode lasers but i heave bad experiance cutting acryl...

Yes air assist is a big help while cutting, it can save many passes. But 3mm should go withoug it if you don't got some tough plywood, also make sure your lens is clean.

Ojla rider kako, še kaj modelariš, to sem tuhtal da bi naredu ja zagotovo bi bil zrak najbolje usmerjen ampak bi mogla bit precej večja luknja da bi trofu žarek, kar pa pomeni ogromno količino zraku, če hočeš da še kaj izpihne iz ozke špranje... Kar se pa glede laserjev tiče, po pravic povedano sem ga rabil točno enkrat vse drugo rabim zgolj za potrebe snemanja, pač kitajci ponujajo sto na uro, vseh firm in možnih variant, po drugi strani pa imam naveč ogledov od teh posnetkov in bombastični feedback, zgleda ljudjem dejansko pomagajo ti posnetki, dodatna vprašanja dobivam iz celotne juge, europe in sveta, pa mi ljudje še dodatno donirajo za individualno pomoč, no na tretji strani pa imam še ogromno prodanih laserjev preko aff linkov, tako da na kratko so ti posnetki win, win, win situacija ;) Skratka ene dve leti že furam ta yt pa se še vedno čudim kakšna je svetovna družba, vedno hvala, prosim, in pa nagrade, na slo trgu pa vemo kak bi blo, mal samga pluvanja in šimfanja sploh čez mojo angleščino (ki vem da je obupna) no vsega sem morda dobil 2-3 slabe komentarje...

Dont know about the laser itself but the customer service i got from neje was a million times better than ortur. They screwed me around for 3 weeks telling me it had sent, dont worry. Then at the 3 week mark i was told they had no stock and refunded me. Best i could ever get was 1 email reply per day. Never answered my emails fully. Was a very tiresome experience. Neje was was well above that. And my laser works really well.

Basic 24l compressor

i use fridge compressor of basic 25liter compressor, in future i plan to test cheap compressors from banggood

@@TinC33 That was my plan too the problem is the noise. Too loud for apartment use

@@Stu66orn fridge compressor run very silent but it overheat after few hours of running so it's only for small works, some airbrush compressor could be good, they're quote silence also, or some aquarium pump but got no experience so far.

@@ermedinnukic3286 to je sam zrak iz kompresorja ki izpihuje linijo reza, ampak 4mm bi moglo it, ocisti leco in natancno nastavi focus ki je zelo pomemben.

@@TinC33 to sam že zasledo na tvom yt.ampak rabim ta malo cev in nosilec kje to lahko dobim Laser sam nastavo na cca 17mm nad ploščo Lečo sam spuco medicinskim alkoholom in palčkom za uhe pucat Na ta črnem krugcu pa sam fokusiro piko tak da v grbl ukolipm laser in se sliški kak žge površino
