Depending on who we have go out / budget. I put together 5 players I'd want Wolves to sign in this window. If it was my plan I would develop and improve the back 5 with attacking wing backs and a double midfield pivot, playing on a pacey counter attack to captialise. Sure up defensively in the back and provide more quality at the other end. Also invest young but proven as I think developing talent with PROVEN talent is a great way to increase the clubs financial infrastructure whilst giving squad depth. 1: Aaron Ramsdale (GK) - with Sa linked to going to Saudi and potentially recouping some signific money with their huge budget for the league. I think investing in a keeper who has proven he is at the top level before, is training and played for one of the top sides in the country and can play out from the back with his feet is a massive upgrade to take us forward. I also dont think his price tag will be astronomical valued at around £25 million on Transfermarkt and personally I am a fan of his as a goalkeeper, shouting for him to be England number 1 when he was starting at Arsenal. 2: Amine Adli (CF/ST) - from Leverkusen on their magical run but only made 10 or so appearances for them this season, he is a player on the rise probably looking for more consistent game time. 24 is a great age also with time to develop with Neto and Cunha making quite a formidable front 3, hes been playing in a similar system in Leverkusen with that front 3 and I think a fluid rotating front 3 who can all move positions across the frontline to interchange would be great as he is a striker who can play on the wings, rather than Cunha who is a CAM/CF who can play as a striker! I think he will be again not too pricey valued at around £25 million on Transfermarkt as he hasnt been a number one choice this season but a definate upgrade on someone like Hwang and could provide excellent competition. 3: Milan van Ewijk (RWB/RB) - he caught my eye when we played Coventry and their mad game against Man United. At 23 he is young and has time to develop and could be a good replacement for Semedo if he does go to Saudi this summer. I don't think he will be too pricey valued at around £5 million on Transfermarkt and coming from a championship side not being promoted and he knows the English game already. He is lightning fast and could be a similar style to Semedo with time to learn the back-5 O'Neil system and having played as an attacking wingback and with that more assurance and quality behind him, he may feel more free to progress attackingly. One to keep an eye on for sure who is ready to step up and cheap enough for a semi-gamble. 4: Armel Bella-Kotchap (CB) - the 22 year old has been on loan at PSV this season and not had the best time only appearing 6 times however before this when Southampton were relegated some big players like Bayern were interested in him. The boy has a lot of time to develop and having the setup we have with Dawson around and a more secure back 5 he could excel here. He is valued at around 20 million by Southampton and has said to be leaving this window (with that fee accepted) so I would take the gamble on him as he is rapid (think Toti but less gangly) - German international, tall, strong and played in the league before whilst being one of Southampton starlits in their relegation season he could be the future of the back 3 with Toti and Kilman, allowing Kilman to take a more central role and dictate the play across the pitch and carry the ball forward with those 2 and their pace to cover any advances he may take. 5: Albert Grønbæk (CM/CAM) - Maybe the one least people have heard of but someone I would be really excited about to see play in the old Gold. Grønbæk is a 22 year old Danish midfielder playing at Bodo/Glimt in the Norweigan league. He impressed against Ajax this season in Europe and thats when he started to draw attention. Valued at 10 million I personally think he would cost slightly less with the opportunity he is gaining and the league he is coming from not rich in talent/funds. He is ball carrying central midfielder who reminds me of someone like Odegaard in the way he plays, light on his feet, tekky and with an eye for goal. Seeing some highlights I enjoy watching him and see a lot of potential for him to grow at the club and would give us a more attacking option from the central midfield who could also go a job on the wings. Having a rotation of Gomes, Lemina, Doyle, Bellegarde and Grønbæk would make us very dynamic and give us different weapons to use in different circumstances to give us tactical diversity which is where I think we could of lacked this season sometimes being forced to be 1 dimensional. With FFP somewhat behind us I think all together this would be £80 million worht of spending but it isnt like Wolves havent spent that much before in a window and with Sa and Semedo potentially going it would cover a lump of those fees. I believe and pray Wolves dont feel like we have to sell this window and allow GON to invest in the squad and build more depth on what he already has because something is clearly working just needs that little more tuning and investment. This means keeping Toti, Kilman, Ait Nouri, Gomes, Cunha AND Neto for sure and using that as the cornerstone for the next 2 years of the squad hoping to push into European places.

Cheers Dave, think Sarabia will move on, free some funds on the wage bill. With uncertainty over Neto, I think we should certainly be in for a winger or two - but would like to see chiquinho given a chance in the squad. On semedo, agreed could be a good time to cash in, but having a seasoned PL wing back who puts in a 7-8/10 30+ games a year shouldnt be sniffed at, still got a great engine on him - I would keep and extend his contract for 1-2 yrs to hold value.

I wouldn't like to lose sarabia tbh, i still think.. one more season. Semedo we should try and keep, imo

The problem with selling anyone is our squad size. We already need minimum 3 players in. We would need 1/1 replacement for everyone who leaves on top of that

We need to sign a right back definitely who isn't too open period same as we need another cb aswell who is not as open aswell and we need a left back aswell who's not as open aswell we need a midfielder definitely aswell another one and we need a another striker aswell to rival cunha who's playing as our false 9 obviously someone who can bang the goals on aswell simple s 🌞

Lembikisa is really good and must be utilized in the future. He can be a bit reckless but so are Traore and Chirewa. Hoever needs to be given his chance next season off the bench. We cant just waste that transfer when he's playing so well for Stoke.

I find it hard to believe that we will sign enough quality of players we need to continue building on this season's success.

I do like players like cook coming in at 27 years old. It's all well and good us having these young talents to sell on for a profit but we need senior pros that want to be at wolves for 3 years or more.

Don’t think I’d be happy with 20m for Semedo he’s been one of the most consistent players and I wouldn’t be confident in getting a replacement for 20 mil. If Saudi come knocking it’s 40m at least

I'm not sure where this idea of Sarabia not being physical enough for the Prem comes from, but it gets repeated on here quite often. His skill-set and role is as a creator whose efforts are meant to result in creating attacking space and opportunities for himself and others. I've not seen any evidence that he is a lazy player. As I've said on here before, he's also made a huge difference to the threat we pose from dead ball situations, especially corner kicks, which were consistently shite last season and at the start of this one. I'd certainly like to see him stay for another season.
