Vidic just epitomises that area of the world- especially them old time Yugoslav, they’ll never be recreated man. A real shame there was a bit more sort of foreigner wariness back then because they were perfect for the game 20/30 years ago they could get away with randomly just starting a fight, agility and quickness was totally irrelevant back then and they ofc had the height, pace, power, strength,grit, mental resilience plus that strange innate technical ability they could just pull out of nowhere almost and Maybe most importantly a reason to give at all u possibly could out on the pitch after atrocities of the 90’s. I can’t help but think Mitro, Milinkovic-Savic, Vlahovic, Perisic, Kulu etc could’ve rlly been such dominant forces in football in those days

@@cmac8722as a united fan terry has to stand alone at the top, he was a world class centre back that was good on the ball and a good passer too. He’s captained Chelsea to 5 league title while being apart of the best defensive team we’ve ever seen in the premier league era. Those that don’t have terry number 1 really need to consider switching up what they watch.
