man good old s4 days where i got my first penta playing kha when he had the turbo broken you evolve q you get extra dmg on iso targets and just oneshot ppl at lvl 6

i mained kayle pre rework for a long time, i didn't mind the rework, what i do hate to this day is how the killed Aether Wings Kayle, that skin was the best in the game and they made it easily top 5 worst, i miss you old Aether Wings Kayle auto attack sound 😭😭

I prefer the old "unbalanced" league over the new one by far...especially things like poppy ult, old veigar E, kassa/lb silence, point and click cc in general. Not everything needs to have counterplay, league was ruined by the comp push after season 3. A lot of the "problematic" things only became a problem because of pro play. Veigar instant stun was never a problem in solo Q because the downside of veigar was, he sucked in lane not everyone had free wards like now so the E made up for the fact that his rest kit sucked and he couldnt scale. leblanc was basicly useless with MR lategame (outside her OP patch) and poppy was unironically useless in general since she cant lane and before the jungle item rework she couldnt even clear. If a champion had an OP trademark ability it had clear weaknesses to make up for it. Pro play could play around the strenghths of certain champion (eg poppy ult) making it look a lot more broken than it actually is). Just watch season 3 videos, many champions with reworked op abilitys had basicly zero pickrate because those abilitys dont work well in solo q.
