i’ve been wanting to make this video for a while because over the last few years, the Swiftie fandom has grown exponentially with folklore/evermore, the re-recordings, Midnights and of course, the Eras Tour💖

I honestly think that Karma was just the working title or like ‘secret code’ for reputation in the way that Woodvale was for folklore. I think if anything the fact she released a song called Karma kind of proves that it isn’t an album (or at least not one she ever plans on releasing). Would love to be proven wrong though because I’m dying for a rock album 🙏🏼

Being a newer fan (got into her as Midnights was coming out. Was far too “pick-me” when debut came out and that clouded my judgement) I am obsessed! I feel like getting into her music late is almost a blessing because there is just SO MUCH CONTENT! I've been a Swifty since I decided to do a discog deep dive this past summer, (inspired by the popularity of midnights). I now own 4 of her 10 albums on vinyl (with tortured poets on the way), and have now fully learned most of the songs in her discography and watch a lot of Taylor Swift content. Also this was totally worth watching beginning to end, as someone who was a closeted and fearful Swiftie for years bc I didn’t want to be ‘cringy’ or ‘basic’, I’m really getting into her in my mid twenties. I've been a fan since fearless, probably about the same age as you and this was such a fun walk down memory lane! I was smiling and laughing so much because I remember all of these. Please do the Tumblr video, I miss that era so much. Some of my friends who are newer swifties are always surprised when I tell them how she ran that site like the navy back in the day. I was 10 when Debut released! I got to see her live in PEI 2010 (cavendish beach music festival) when I was 14, & it only solidified me as a lifelong swiftie!! We made eye contact (I had half of my face painted like a butterfly🦋) and it's such a core memory!!! Loved the video, Nena! I've always been drawn to Taylor. I could relate to her love of 13 so much growing up. For me, it was considered in my family a lucky number. I was born on July 13, 1990 a minute after midnight and wound up catching meningitis; had to be hospitalized for 3 weeks. Nearly died! After surviving that, throughout my life I've had many health scares including catching phenomena in third grade and surviving. When I used to tell people 13 was my lucky number, they often wouldn't take me seriously and blamed me for being born on that day as the reason for getting sick. It felt awesome to relate to a celebrity (around the same age as me) who recognized your favorite number as a good thing!

BLESS YOU for making this video!!!!!! I’m a middle-aged suburban mom (yikes) and started seriously diving into Taylor’s music since right around when Midnights came out. I don’t call myself a Swiftie because I don’t care who she dates and all that but I do love listening to Swifties’ takes on what all her lyrics allude to, and how they connect to older songs etc. Other than that, I’m just in awe of Taylor’s songwriting and vast knowledge of soo many topics, allowing her to incorporate all these references, and her vocabulary and lyrical genius 🙂

As a new Swiftie, THANK YOU soooo much for this video!! I loved her music when I was 8 but stopped listening at 13/14 years old. and I just got back into her music due to TTPD. I don't know any of the stuff that I missed in the last 10 years of not listening to her music. So this is going to be super helpful haha

How funny..I literally have a tattoo on the inside of my left wrist that says "we're all mad here" + mad hatter's hat :D...Loved this and I've been a swiftie since debut. 😻😍😘 The unfair judgement, criticism and just garbage Taylor had to endure since the beginning always just upsets me to my core. I am glad like everyone finally sees how talented she is.
