Am I the only who sees a bit of Konosuba dynamic in the NePoLaBo girls? I don't really see anyone as a direct one for one between the 2 but more the fact that they all squabble and pick little fights with each other, but when it really counts they work together as a team and get the job done. Just a very comedic group of friends.

When they started, there was a fifth member so they went by HoloFive (or something similar, I wasn't there at the time). But she dropped out early due to intense harassment so out of respect I think they went for a name abbreviation instead

Hololive as a whole is moving away from numbered generation labels. It really started to happen around gen 5, so they are one of the ones that had both the gen number and gen name used officially. I don't think that HoloX have used gen 6 ever officially, and all the EN generations and ID generations past ID1 have gen names, with ID1 getting Area 15 used now.
