STEP 1: Make sure your tumbler is sanded, cleaned and free of all debris. Spray paint the cup with a matte white spray paint. I prefer this one amzn.to/2Xfwn1t Then spray paint the cup in a rainbow pattern using fluorescent spray paints. THE BEST NEON SPRAY PAINTS: amzn.to/36KIGaj --THIS SET HAS SOLD OUT! STEP 2: After your paint dries, apply about 3-4ml of epoxy to apply your glitter. Make sure you apply the glitter in a single layer and not packing it on how we normally would. You want all of the glitter to lay flat. For this design we used Venetian and Chantilly from www.peachyoliveglitters.com
STEP 3: After the glitter has dried for about 2-3 hours you can seal your glitter on the turner using Quick Coat sealer from Counter Culture or any kind spray sealer of polycrylic sealer you prefer. This step is optional.
STEP 4: After about 45-60 mins coat the cup with about 20ml of epoxy for a 10oz tumbler.
STEP 5: After about 4-6 hours apply a second coat of epoxy right over the previous coat - no sanding or cleaning needed between these 2 layers.
STEP 5: After at least 8 hours sand the cup as needed, clean the whole cup with dish soap and water, dry it and then apply your decal. You can find the same “Glitter Girl” image we used here: www.etsy.com/listing/61564578...

STEP 6: After applying your decal, apply your final layers of epoxy and finish your cup as usual.

STEP 7: Apply finishing coats of epoxy as usual.
